Terrible customer service. Phoned 8 times about a property. Got one call back whilst I was at work (that thing you need to pay a mortgage) and when I rang back all the viewings had been booked. I was then told I could be fit in another time yet no call back from them. Several calls later on my part and I was just ignored. Not even a courtesy call to say that there would be no more viewings. When I first put my house on the market I was filled with worry and dread of what was to come. I Knew the process was a long one - I was most concerned of the involvement of estate agents as I had read such bad things regarding them. This was the case with quite a few of the Wolverhampton estate agents I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with. Rees Page solicitors & estate agents were the exception. From the moment I met Adam I had an instant feeling of trust. A very honest and caring guy. We fell in love with the house he was showing us around - but I had been knocked back by other estate agents for weeks due to me being involved in a chain. Adam was not fazed by this and put me at ease straight away. He actively went out of his way to help me, getting details of my chain which my own estate agents who sold the property had failed to do. He negotiated well with me whilst being very fair to his client of course. Nothing was too much trouble and although the process took approx 5 months to complete, this was mainly due to my slow chain - Adam kept us regularly updated from start to finish. He even sent us a moving in card before my family once we had moved in. Highly recommended and would use again. My only regret was not hearing the name Rees Page before I booked the Agent I did. I would highly recommend Rees Page. They helped me through a difficult time dealing with my late mom’s estate, from probate to selling the property they were excellent. Adam always had time for me, he was diligent and professional but most importantly friendly and approachable, no hard sell tactics at all. COVID-19 restrictions were adhered to at all times even though I’m sure these made life a lot harder for them I never felt that their service was compromised in any way. We contacted this agent twice on consecutive days and both times the phone was very slow to be answered and we were told that the person we needed would ring us back. This was over two weeks ago and still no phone call. Not very professional and how do they expect to sell houses with this sort of service?
