Outstanding service from Nick, Sophie and the team at Oliver Ling. 5 stars is not enough! From start to finish they were friendly, professional and communicative. There was no hard sell and Nick’s experience of the property market was invaluable during the initial viewing period. Once the offer was accepted, the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Nick and Sophie, kept us informed throughout the whole process, communicating with what turned out to be quite a complicated chain. Without their investigative determination we would not have known what was happening. Thanks to their knowledge and guidance, we have completed successfully. Highly recommended! I have been with Oliver ling for over three years.Nick and zoe and the team supported in the rental of my home and eventually the sale.
The rental started to have problem but Nick and Zoe were always on hand to support,advice and always proactive in trying to solve the issues we were facing.
The sale of the property was swift and again Nick gave me proffetional advice along the way.
Everyone was very proffetional but in a difficult situation showed compassion and u nderstanding.
I would highly recommend Nick and his team.

We had a pleasure doing business with Oliver Ling on two ocassions, when selling our main house in 2020 and recently when purchased additional property from their portfolio. Nick, Sophie and whole team were always professional and knowledgable. Responsive and efficient communication.
Each time it was much better experience than dealing with other bigger high street estate agents. Highly recommended.

Recently completed on selling my mothers house. From start to finish Nick and Sophie have been informative supportive and so professional. Always kept in touch with timely updates and how the sale was progressing. Not the easiest of sales in the current climate with lenders etc, however we all got to the finish line in one piece ????????????????????????highly recommend this local agent. You can keep the do it yourself approach. Well worth the fee to take the stress from you. Thank you Nick and Sophie????

A good overall experience with this agent, to be totally honest probably the best experience with an estate agent I've had.
I didn't go on to purchase a property as my offer was unsuccessful, however dealing with them from telephone query to viewing the property was Seamless.

We have been lucky enough to have used the services of Nick and Sophie twice in the last 2 years , and quite frankly they are the best in Wolverhampton if not in the business. They have completely restored my faith in superb customer services at its highest level . Nothing is too much trouble for them , Nick with his experience and Sophie with her efficiency and lovely personable skills .
