A huge thanks to Leah, Bianca and all the Haybrook Gleadless team for the terrific job they did in selling a property for my friend ( who has difficulties with hearing and vision). In very little time, valuations were agreed, photographs carefully shot, advertisements released, and arrangements made for escorted viewings. Communication and advice, at every stage, was respectful, timely and helpful. It greatly assisted my friend to feel confident about the progress of the sale. It was evident that prospective buyers were treated with the same courtesy and efficiency as my friend. A cracking service!

Bianca and the team were one of the few who will physically view the house, show you comparisons for your price range and give advice that's in your best interests.
From the start they are understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. Will ensure that the timings are right for you and put you at ease instantly.
This is the second time I have used the branch and have never been disappointed or let down by them. Highly recommended and I will be using them again.

We recently bought our home through Haybrook and the service was brilliant. Leah Dennall helped us throughout the whole process, relentlessly chasing up solicitors and keeping me informed. She actually kept me more updated than my own solicitors which I thought was great. She really did what she could to make sure it was completed without delays and at the same time managed our expectations at the beginning, and if Leah wasn't available I would always get a response from her colleagues there. A very professional and excellent service from the team at Haybrook.

Having no option but to sell our mum's house as she is now living in a residential care home, myself and sister felt very stressed and daunted by having to sell mum's home.
Bianca Johnson, Senior Property Marketing Consultant at Haybrook Gleadless was very reassuring and understanding about our situation. She clearly explained the whole process, listened to and answered any questions we had. Bianca is very professional and customer focused.
The next day, Bianca visited the property to take the photographs and even took time out to help me move a few items in some of the rooms that we hadn't had the time to clear. Within 20 minutes of leaving, the "for sale" sign had been erected and the house was on the market and advertised that afternoon.
Bianca has contacted me every week either by phone or email to provide an update on progress and together with Leah, Grace and Paige in the office have made us fully aware of any viewings booked and the outcomes and details of offers made.
Although it is still early days, as the property has only been on the market for a few weeks, Bianca has been an excellent support to us and relieved our anxiety that we intially felt.
