I have had a difficult time over the past few weeks trying to purchase a new property. It has left me quite frustrated, and disheartened which I am sure people reading this review can relate to. I can however not fault the service I have received from Haybrook in Gleadless. Specifically naming "Grace" who has been fantastic. She has called me when she said she would, provided support and insight when I was let down by another estate agent.
