Hunters have been very helpful from the start. I was impressed by their initial valuation meeting as they were the only agent to point out some potential negative issues with the property but also to advise remedial action. And indeed assisted me overcoming the issues by putting me in touch with others who could help. Their marketing lined up a lot of viewers in a very short period of time and resulted in two immediate offers one of which was over the asking price. They were able to give me information on potential buyers which helped me in deciding which offer to accept . They have been excellent in communicating with me regularly and the sale is now in the hands of the solicitors. Interestingly of the 3 Estate Agents I saw their fees were the lowest but I would have chosen them anyway. So I saw that as a bonus rather than deal maker.... Read more
