Sequence of events:
Visit property. Arrange 2nd viewing and put in offer. Told "you are in a very strong position" intimating best offer so far. Telephone them later in the day and was told "not been able to contact vendor". Rang them again following day "still not contacted vendor". Rang again morning after "not heard anything." Said "please let us know and give us consideration if a higher offer is received." Told they would do. Received an email in the afternoon to say a higher offer has been accepted. No opportunity to put in a higher bid; nothing to say the vendor had even been contacted with our offer. Absolutely awful service. I would never use this company is I was selling. Its obvious we were strung along as bait. Who knows, probably sold a friend or colleague. But I would never use this company if I was selling is this is the way they treat potential buyers.

We have had excellent service through Blundells Gleadless, all staff were very helpful, Luke Morton kept us up to date with everything and was very pleasant and professional,
I would say that from the valuation to the sale we have had no complaints at all.

All the staff were very helpful to me as a first time buyer, showing a genuine interest and seemed to be just as happy as I was when my offer was accepted.

I recently used blundells mortgage service for a property I was buying in Leeds. This was a particularly stressful time for me but Leanne was amazing. Professional, knowledgable and friendly. She took all my needs and requirements into consideration and found me a brilliant mortgage. She went above and beyond in helping me with my (sometimes silly) concerns always replying to emails promptly and reassuring me on a daily basis that everything would sort out. Great experience from the minute Scott walked into my home. Made me feel comfortable about selling my house with him. Kirsten was absolutely brilliant in getting all our viewings booked in and working around my availability. She also kept me up to date regarding offers and what we was waiting for.
