We have recently sold our mother’s house, on her behalf, through Staves and are very satisfied with the service they provided. We first met Matthew Staves when he visited Mum’s house to value the property. We were impressed by his local knowledge, his interest in the house and his approach during the discussion. The process of bringing the house to market and advertising was smooth, as was arranging viewings, which Staves did on our behalf, as Mum had already relocated and we live some distance away. We were notified of every viewing and kept up to date with all feedback from prospective buyers, which they actively sought. They dealt effectively with managing offers, advising and consulting at every stage.<br>Once a sale was agreed, Teresa was pro-active at maintaining the momentum of the sale, and her communication was excellent, with ourselves, the buyers and solicitors.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending to any potential sellers.
