James was very helpful when we were going through the letting agreement and helped us sort out meter readings etc. once we had moved in. We did have an issue in communication with the wider Reeds Rains emergency repair reporting system when our shower flooded the hallway downstairs. Overall helpful and very pleased with James' customer service. Would have given 5 stars if this was just for the agents, there just needs to be better communication from the emergency team to the landlords.

Wouldn't use again. The general experience throughout my sale was that they wanted to do the bare minimum; they purchase images from a third party photographer, meaning they only wanted to pay for 7 images, so that's all I got. Some rooms were shot twice, some rooms didn't feature at all. During the process it was made clear that any chasing would only be done when it was convenient for them. On completion day my solicitors couldn't get through to anyone at the Reeds Rains office, and I've yet to have a courtesy call to say it went through a week later! Very poor.

Having tried around 10 other Estate Agents in the area looking for rental properties I found Bethany was extremely helpful and she kept me informed all the way through my searching. Unfortunately I decided on another property through another agent but had to send a review to say thank you for your help. From my short experience finding a property I found many of the other agents did not even reply to any viewing requests. Property market is hectic at the moment but estate agents like Reeds Rains still had the time to be courteous and respond to my questions. Thank you.

We use Reeds Rains Woodseats to sell our property in Gleadless Valley. I have worked with different estate agents through the years, but I can honestly say that Reeds Rains Woodseats are definitely the best estate agents in Sheffield. The professional level of their service is beyond anything you've seen anywhere else. Sam from the sales team was totally brilliant. We had an offer of our property even before the property reached Rightmove, so basically we had offer literally days after they took the keys. Also Sam is from those kind of agents he just did everything possible to make more money for us from the sale. Also Angela the branch manager was absolutely brilliant ,she was managing the sale and negotiating everything on time and accurately. We had an issue with the bins and because I live far away from the property, Reeds Rains immediately notify me and advise me, so I was able to resolve the situation quickly. I had bad experience in the past working with bad estate agents , but Reeds Rains are really the most professional nice people I have ever worked. They always do the extra mile to make their clients happy. It was stressful time for me , I was selling my property in the middle of a pandemic, so you can imagine how many worries I had. But Reeds Rains helped me to sell the property for very high price and making quite healthy profit from it. I won't even hesitate to use them again in the future and I am sure that I will use them again . Don't waste your time calling other agents , I used others and they were not so good. Call Reeds Rains Woodseats and they will help you with your property.

I have been offered an extremely low and poor quality house, and I had problems with that property ever since we moved in. The boiler is not working and it is very poor, old and rusty, and 3 times it has been fixed just to work poorly again. This company is keep on sustaining poor works of maintenance on the property, there is no actual care in regards to the quality of the works. I have been told by their great representatives that never call you back and are extremely disappointing overall, that they are representing here the landlord and not you the tenant. They keep sustaining the back of poor works calling this done in the name of the landlord. This company does not have any shame or issues with the fact that they are not saying to a tenant that it is mooving in a house with no basic working sanitation and proper water heating systems, against the minimum requirements of housing in the UK. Very poor quality overall, very poorly prepared people with poor behaviours and poor representatives that come to put a fault on the client, the tenant, for their poor quality rents. No shame at all and nothing that makes them aware of it. Disrespectful and extremely low bottom level of quality. I do not recommend their services at all!

I have been using Reed Rains Woodseats to source investment properties along with a management service. I can personally say that Sam has been excellent. He is highly professional, extremely competent and very friendly. He has always made time for me and I think of him as a friend.

I would like to thank the particular people at ReedsRains Woodseats branch who achieved the recent sale of my bungalow - Christian, who carried out the initial inspection efficiently and guided me kindly through the early procedure, then personally showed round those who requested a viewing, resulting in two offers in the first few days. His advice brought the result I hoped for and justified our joint decisions - I was kept in touch either by him directly or Angela who was back at base. She was unfailingly helpful, cheerfully answering my questions ( caused by my own ignorance or un-necessary anxiety!) and always able to give me the requred information or a solution. We had many "smiles by phone" as I could not be in Sheffield during the sale period. All those who answered the phone were equally courteous and helpful, and the person I wished to speak to was almost always available or messages got through. I felt that ReedsRains handling of the sale minimised the inevitable stress. A big "Thank you!"

I have just rented a flat in Sheffield through Reeds Rains in Woodseats. I usually find estate agents bossy, inflexible and sometimes positively shark-like when I rent flats through them, but Lindsay and Sarah were very reasonable and helpful during this process. They had a very good working relationship with the landlord, who also seems very reasonable & flexible, and were able to accommodate unusual demands on my part in a really friendly spirit. I spoke to various other estate agents in Sheffield during the process of finding a flat and none of the others were as warm & helpful as this. So far, excellent service!

After using Reeds Rains recently I can say i am happy with the service. Angela looked after the sale and when she was out of the office colleagues picked up where she left off meaning no major hiccups.
The only down side for me was location but this was something that could not be help.

Outstandingly good. Reeds Rains Woodseats really went the extra mile when selling our property, meaning I did not have to travel the 120 miles to Sheffield from my base. They liaised with tradespeople, visited the property regularly whilst unoccupied and basically did everything asked, and then some. Simply put I could not have managed things so smoothly without their enormous help, and it was greatly appreciated. And on top of everything else they achieved asking price for our sale. Would give zero stars if I could!
Absolutely useless agents!! NOT helpful AT ALL!! Offer put in by wife - waited weeks and weeks. No follow-up call or email. Frustrating as all paperwork done on our side and waiting to purchase.
Called many times asking if offer accepted as living in rented property and wanting to move out. Told so-and-so is dealing with it and isn’t in. Trying to get any info was like pulling teeth.
Happened every time. Not told when to ring. Eventually told “your offer was not accepted 3 weeks ago, did nobody ring to tell you”. Absolute farce of an estate agency. Not given a counter offer or any opportunity to increase. Could have increased by 50k but RR didn’t seem interested, hung up and didn’t follow up. Cannot imagine what buying a house from them would be like if just putting the offer in is so difficult.
Branch manager just as bad - incompetent!
Funny thing is, the house has been on the market for months! It’s almost as if they’re not bothered if the houses sell or not. Useless!
Will be taking my business elsewhere! If you want a reasonably smooth transaction - do the same!

First time renting a property, not knowing what to expect and having so many questions... Will showed us the property and answered many questions we had! He was very professional and welcoming!
Sarah took good care of us from then and answered anything we asked her, was always kept in the know how the application was going. Estate agents often get bad press but I can't speak highly enough of Angela and the team at Reeds Rains Woodseats. Angela was on the front foot throughout the whole process and once an offer was accepted she chased both solicitors on my behalf to push the sale through as quickly as possible.
