James was very helpful when we were going through the letting agreement and helped us sort out meter readings etc. once we had moved in. We did have an issue in communication with the wider Reeds Rains emergency repair reporting system when our shower flooded the hallway downstairs. Overall helpful and very pleased with James' customer service. Would have given 5 stars if this was just for the agents, there just needs to be better communication from the emergency team to the landlords.... Read more
