Unfortunately Reeds Rains seem to use underhand tactics to create a bidding war - citing GDPR as a reason they cannot disclose current offers on their properties, which is not true. GDPR prevents them from disclosing any personal details on the bidder, but not the offer price / bid that they placed.

I would not trust a company that outright lies to customers, to create a bidding war between interested parties. I decided against placing an offer on the property for this reason.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Emma, Ben, Ela and Matthew. The office appears to be a happy ship. Emma was very helpful in coordinating viewings for me. Ben and Ela have been great with the mortgages and financial side. Matthew has been brilliant in providing advice on lettings as well as locating properties with good lettings potential. I would recommend Reeds Rains to any current or future landlord.

I cannot express how wonderful the guys and girls in this office are. 5 stars in not enough. These guys are professional, well spoken, easy to get hold of, and a pleasure to deal with. I purchased a property from them and felt that i was in good hands from the very first phone call with Angela. Over a period of time i have spoken to everyone in the office.
