The lack of care and understanding by this company is astonishing. I’ve been a tenant with my wife for the past 4 months nearly and we have had multiple issues. The most distressing being a lack of sufficient hot water. Which is affecting us a great deal. The company is completely unprofessional and when commenting on social media to make people aware they have now restricted our comments. They have done nothing to resolve it. The property manager and all the staff there for that matter are completely incompetent. We have communicated multiple times that all we require is sufficient hot water and quite frankly they’ve been nothing but unhelpful and patronising. Avoid renting with this agency

I've been working with Reside for quite some time now, and I must say they have been exceptional in finding tenants for my flat. Their team is proactive, and responsive, and provides top-notch customer service. I appreciate how quickly they address any queries I have. Highly recommend Reside for all your real estate needs!

If I could give this agency a zero I would. Currently a tenant with them and would not recommend. Very incompetent service. Issues with hot water, car park access and a useless property manager. I just wanted to edit this review to exphasise the sheer incompetence of this agency. If you get stuck with Lauren as your property manager, there’s honestly no amount of patience in the world that can help you and I’m astounded she still has a job given the uselessness of her role. It’s been 4 months nearly with inadequate hot water and instead of trying to resolve the matter the agency will delay resolution and act as if there is no issue at all. The most disgusting and inhuman agency I have ever heard of. Every employee that works there has been nothing but incompetent in dealing with the most basic of requests as tenants.

This company allowed tenants to wreck my flat, furniture and steal a TV. Then they went to tribunal without communicating with me. Worst experience ever. One star because that's the minimum.

This is a really great location to set up home, whether short or longer term. It's centrally located, 10 mins walk from Piccadilly gardens and everything that matters in Manchester.
The team here are fantastic, Zvi is really friendly and professional and made it so easy to select and get into an apartment. Everything you need to know about form the rooftop gardens & Gym, to secure underground parking was clearly explained and supported by good instructions. The whole team are super helpful, nothing is too much for them. If you want a modern well equipped and cost effective five place to stay, put Broadside at the top of your list !

I've been dealing with Joe Phillips for the past 4 months, and he has been a great help to allocate the right flat for a rent-to-let purpose. Joe has supported me all the way to put the property in the market and found a tenant in less than four weeks.
