Jean is a rude and argumentative person. When asking to view the one bed flat on Shaftesbury Road for £800pcm. Jean huffed and moaned about how she already had five viewings booked for this Saturday 21st May 2016 (I didn't realise this was such a burden for an estate agent). Never the less I requested to view it and she informed me that I would have to fill out a form that she would email me to determine whether I was applicable for the flat... funny as I thought it was down to ME, the applicant and whether it suited MY criteria rather than hers. When I asked for more information about the property she rudely informed me that it was all on the website and that I should read it rather than advising me and assisting me with my search. She informed me that the property was managed ("this is all on the website according to her and AGAIN, I should have read it first") And that SHE managed it, as I'm sure you can imagine by this point, the thought of Jean being in charge of the management of my rental property is incredibly OFF-PUTTING rather than enticing!!! When I asked her the admin fee she informed me that this was dependent after I had viewed the property and whether I was interested or not. Absolutely LUDICROUS!!! Landlords beware this woman is LOSING you business. Never have I come across such a rude witch. I work in property myself and Jean has no interest in keeping your tenants happy in the slightest! As much as I really liked the look of this property, I would not dream of taking my enquiry any further as there is no way I would agree a tenancy with this woman. She is CRAZY!!... Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Doesn't even deserve one star, called up asking about a property, received one word answers, this is meant to be the owner of the agency 'Jean Stone' I was speaking to, who couldn't even answer my questions and told me to look online. When I asked her about viewing the property she huffed and told me she already had 5 viewings that day. The most unpleasant, least helpful Agent I've ever spoken to.
