Wendi, Paige and the team were absolutely fantastic during our time in one of their properties. They went above and beyond and no request was too small (they even had the boiler replaced in the run up to winter to make sure we weren't cold!). I couldn't recommend them highly enough as agents. SummerGreen are an agent that makes a difference. From a tenants prospective I have used many agents in the past and have never experienced the fantastic quality of service I have received from SummerGreen. From my first point of contact until the end of the tenancy I have always felt fully supported by the team, they were prompt to deal with my telephone queries and always replied to my emails in a timely, professional manner. Whilst it is easy to single out Wendi Smith for her professionalism, honesty and dedication (she even offered to reply to my emails whilst she was on holiday abroad), I can truly say that I have always been treated well by the whole team and made to feel like a valued customer. Had the misfortune to rent a property off of them. When there was something wrong with the flat, it would take many calls before someone would come round to deal with it. When we came to leave, they added a massive and needless cleaning bill. Our contact there was arrogant, rude and extremely agressive. Awful people, shoddy service. Avoid at all costs.... Read more
