We had a brilliant service from Hamptons. We were renovating our property and had a short let that we needed to extend on 3 occasions and each time it was done with the minimum of fuss. Id particularly commend Joe Gibson who looked after each transaction with the minimum of fuss . I found him to be trustworthy, dependable and efficient. He even popped something round we had left at the rental property on his day off. An asset to the company ! Tim and Jules

Really helpful letting agent, understood the type of property we were after, the budget we had and weren't pushy like some other agents. Would definitely recommend Hamptons to anyone, they explained all costs and the process upfront too so we knew exactly what to expect and weren't surprised with extra charges.

As a landlord whose property was successfully let through joint team effort of this office and the one in Fulham, I was impressed by how professional, polite, realistic and effective negotiators they all were. Gideon successfully handled a delicate negotiation with persistence and in good spirit. Byron was efficient and very responsive. And Jessica on Fulham Road established the necessary link and relationship with the tenant. Good team work all round.

Unfortunately, next door is rented out by the company... the tenants are OK but the agents seem to just do nothing. The owner is never available and now as a result of the storms they have a tree down in their back garden. This blocks access to our garden and is only partly down and could fall further. A danger that they are completely uninterested in...
