    We had a really good experience with Joe when leasing our flat. He was very efficient and answered all of our queries and questions throughout the process.

    We had a brilliant service from Hamptons. We were renovating our property and had a short let that we needed to extend on 3 occasions and each time it was done with the minimum of fuss. Id particularly commend Joe Gibson who looked after each transaction with the minimum of fuss . I found him to be trustworthy, dependable and efficient.     Really helpful letting agent, understood the type of property we were after, the budget we had and weren't pushy like some other agents. Would definitely recommend Hamptons to anyone, they explained all costs and the process upfront too so we knew exactly what to expect and weren't surprised with extra charges.

    I've been a tenant for a long time and have been with a lot of property agent but I have to say that Hetheringtons Lettings, 2 Station Rd, Rickmansworth is the best one that I have ever come across. their Friendly approach, professionalism Faithfullness People with one word and agree if they made a mistake, this is really rare from the agent. From my viewing until my moving and even now the staff has been just amazing. I wish we have more them that treat tenant as human and customer.well done guys You guys are what I call great customer service. A big thank to Nick Haleigh Shirley Sharon and the rest sorry can't remember their name.

    A pleasure to work with, especially Donna, who listened to my requirements and empathised with my situation, far more than many other agents. Donna went out of her way to get answers to all my questions and I felt she try to advise me in the best way possible. I am pleased to have rented through Hetheringtons Rickmansworth.

    Surprisingly unprofessional and dishonest. However lets start my review. What do I like? The company is based in the pleasant settings of Rickmansworth and is conveniently situated next to parking facilities and public transport, nice looking from the outside too. They have qualified and nice sounding staff. However now moving onto the business ( lets look under the bonnet!) itself Would I recommend this company? No. Why? The way we have been treated by this organisation is very disappointing and surprising. This is based on experience as a fee paying customer. So, what did I dislike? Communication issues and being asked to compensate for costs that certainly werent ours ( by fault) on a arbitrary basis and specically invoiced basis.. Many of my points were insufficiently answered regarding our letting, any answers given were littered with vague rhetoric, with reference to rules and procedures rather then straight forward resolution of the matter. It took too much of my time to deal with this company, and that was also a negative. Another negative was on our checkout , there was no one from the company present, but rather a bullish and incredibly rude and arrogant man from a inventory services company used by them. No smiling goodbye, but rather a cold hard shoulder to end a unpleasant experience. They also swallowed up most of my deposit on an unfair basis, as others have also experienced with this company. Unfortunately I will have to give 1 star out of a possible 5 on this basis.

    Hetheringtons Lettings Rickmansworth

    Nothing but problems with this company in Rickmansworth. They are holding £654 of my deposit for a "professional" clean although the property had been cleaned and even charged for carpet cleaning after I had paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned. They don't have a clue as to what they're doing and made so many mistakes over the "undisputed" amount from the deposit before it was eventually returned to me. They also sent me a bill for gardening services £155 (although the garden had been done) and this invoice was dated JULY 2017 and they didnt even notice the date until I told them it was a futuristic invoice and invalid in law. I am writing this in October 2016. A very good example of the sheer unprofessional behaviour of this company. I would say to everyone avoid this company like the plague. I now have to go to arbitration to get my remaining deposit back. Oh, they did try to bribe me by saying that if I agreed to pay half the invoice of £654 the balance would be returned to me. I had the bad luck to rent my present property from them after I ended the tenancy on the first one and the house had so many problems, including damp but none of the problems were flagged up to me by their letting dept. They just DON'T CARE they just want to take your money. Worst agent ever, uncaring, unprofessional and take my advice use another agent.
