We had a brilliant service from Hamptons. We were renovating our property and had a short let that we needed to extend on 3 occasions and each time it was done with the minimum of fuss. Id particularly commend Joe Gibson who looked after each transaction with the minimum of fuss . I found him to be trustworthy, dependable and efficient. He even popped something round we had left at the rental property on his day off. An asset to the company !

I was buying a house on offer and the transaction was rapid (exchange and completion within 4 weeks of offer being accepted) because of the responsiveness of the agents, and the recommendations of solicitors and the mortgage advisors that they were closely working with. I thought the entire process was less stressful and tedious than I anticipated because it could all be coordinated in-house than having myself as the interface between various parties.
