Zero selling skills. Zero negotiating skills. They overvalue your property to get your business and then suggest endless price reductions to make a sale. The first price reduction came within 3 weeks of going to market. Even after this they were still unable to sell the property. They bring through busloads of mismatched buyers who are looking for a totally different kind of property thereby wasting your time. From a database of 161 buyers they managed to generate 1 viewing. They then use phrases such as 'it's the difference between reality and expectation' to excuse their lack of ability. The only reality is their valuation, which they are blindly unable to achieve. Avoid.

From my first contact with KFH I feel reassured and looked after. After various protracted and lost private sales I was keen to place a probate properly into safe hands and I wasn’t disappointed. Lucy Barnes was my point of contact and I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and proactive approach through the sales process. Lucy kept me updated on a regular basis and through a collaborative approach the property was sold. From what I experience, KFT appear to be well structured, have lots of experience and knowledge re the local market and maintain helpful dialogue with all key stakeholders including buyers, sellers, legals etc. At no point did I have any doubts about their integrity or communications and would certainly recommend their service which represent excellent value for money. My experience with KFH has been great. Since the beginning they were by far the nicest agents to deal with and they played a key role throughout the purchase of my property from negotiating an offer to the exchange day. In particular Paul Harris has been very supportive during the 4 months of bureaucracy and painful conveyancing we went through. I strongly recommend them and personally, I will definitely use their services in the future mostly due to their professionalism but also human touch, which is especially important during a stressful time like purchasing a property in London for the first time

I bought a house through the KFH Clapham Common office. Paul Harris was helpful and diligent in booking suitable viewings and representing the sellers of the various properties we discussed. He facilitated my transaction at a record pace. The KFH office was very on top of all of the necessary logistics and formalities. Having interacted with all of the competing local estate agents, I would recommend the office to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. I will certainly give them a call if I end up selling my property at any point.
