Looking for a house is never the easiest when you want to tick so many boxes. Edward Park made the experience so easy. He always got back to me and followed up any calls or emails keeping me in the loop. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

I have had a wonderful experience with KFH Clapham common, Lloyd was particularly helpful, in fact it's thanks to him that my flatmates and i weren't homeless for the night, he work super efficiently. I know at the time he said he was just doing his job to help us out but we truly appreciated all the late nights he did in the run up to us moving in and he was always easy to get hold of and supportive. Can't recommend him and the team more highly. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend KFH Clapham common, particularly if Lloyd is still working there. We had to find a property and move in within a very short space of time and he really made that happen. The flat we now have is great and we would have been in a really difficult situation if it was not all sorted very quickly. He was always contactable, even staying very late in the evening when we were all rushing to get forms filled out. Since we moved in he has also been extremely helpful with a whole load of queries we have contacted him about, some of which I am sure are not his issue to deal with!

We found Paul Harris responsive, friendly, locally knowledgeable, quick to understand what we needed, and reassuring to deal with as the estate agent representing our vendors. The chain was far from straightforward, involving some tricky and well-handled negotiation by Paul to ensure that neither our transaction nor other dependent transactions fell through for lack of movement. We'd be very happy to deal with him again; we had limited engagement with other KFH agents, but such communication as we did have was professionally handled.

I just bought a home with KFH. Rhys Evans, sales assistant manager, took a whole afternoon driving me in Southfields and making me visit several flats and homes.
I really felt he made the most of my time. He was very good at gathering the required information before and even after the home purchase.
He also played a key role in the buying process, being an essential link between the sellers and my solicitor.
I would highly recommend Rhys. He really did a great job making the buying process fast and smooth.
