Tom has been exceptional, without his hardwork, dedication and professionalism there is no way I would have moved into my new flat on Friday. He was on the ball throughout the whole process, providing updates and chasing where needed.
It wasn't an easy process and despite my almost daily chasing he was always avaliable and responded promptly.
I would not hesitate to recommend both Orland Reid and in particular Tom.

Very good experience selling a property with Tom at Orlando Reid. From providing a realistic asking price, finding a buyer quickly and involvement across the sale process right up to completion. We live overseas and were selling a share of freehold property which added some complexity to the sale. Would highly recommend Tom Butler.

Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review:
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

Terrible experience renting with Orlando Reid. We rented a new build in Battersea that in our first year was managed by Orlando Reid, which worked well and all maintenance got resolved quickly. In the second year of our tenancy, maintenance was passed onto the landlord and since, nothing has gotten fixed or sorted, and we are paying a high rent for a flat with amenities that do not work. While Orlando Reid says they are in touch with the landlord and email daily to say that they are working on the issues, nothing happens for months. Incredibly frustrating that OR does not have more oversight and control over the properties they rent out, especially given that we were never told about the change in maintenance.

Tom Butler helped us find a flat for our daughter (first time buyer) and then helped with the whole process. Frankly, without Tom I think we would have given up! The legal process was complicated, and we did not understand London flats at all. With Tom as our guide, we got exactly what we wanted. Very pleased daughter and parents!

Orlando Reid have been responsible for letting my flat in Clapham for several years. They have been excellent. They are professional, helpful and efficient. They have also looked after my tenants very well.
More recently, they have acted as the sole agent for selling the flat. They have, again, proven to be perfect. In particular I have valued the advice of Tom Butler and Armond Ghahramani who are handling the sale. They have been outstanding. It has been a pleasure working with them. Tom, In particular has taken a proactive approach to the sale, kept me well in the picture, dealt with both my and the buyer's solicitors and steered us through several complicated stages with great efficiency and helpfulness.
I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering either letting or selling a property in the Clapham area.
