I know estate agents have a bad reputation, but my experience was anything but with Foxtons Wood Green. Leo, Emmanuel and Karl gave me a great experience. What I appreciated was the speed that these guys work at, within 48 hours I had video tours of properties and could make an offer. There was a hiccup with my initial choice, but I was very happy with the resolution. Austin Walker is truly a credit to Foxtons because he takes his job seriously and treats the client courteously and although he might not respond to your texts immediately he will certainly get back to you the same day -this quality in an Estate agent is very important especially the client is going through a series of setbacks owing to his buyer not fulfilling certain conditions thereby threatening to sabotage the sale. To leave the client in limbo under such circumstances ignoring his attempts to make contact is not the correct way to go about the business of an Sales negotiator. I wish him all the best....
