it's a very serious agency with a very welcoming team and with common sense, I'm extremely glad that I had the opportunity to contact them, I recommend this agency with all my heart to anyone, they gladly help you at any time and with everything you need especially the girl named Mary is demented, a girl like that, I really didn't expect an agency to help me so much, I put 5* but it seems like there are few, they deserve 10+* because they really deserve it, they are very good at their work that I did, I looked for the house, I went to at least 20 agencies, none of them helped me or spoke to me like I was told by this girl from foxston named Mary, on this occasion, thank you very much for your time and help, warm greetings!

Our agent Lukas really went above and beyond in helping us to secure our property, suggesting properties to me that I might like to view. He even dropped me off when I injured my ankle during a viewing!
During the referencing process Lukas was always on hand to answer questions and concerns via WhatsApp, often answering promptly even later in the evening which I really appreciated! Everything went very smoothly and Lukas was quick to provide the information we needed. Working with him was a real breath of fresh air compared to other frustrating experiences with agents I've had in the past!

We recently sold our house with Foxtons. We were convinced to go with them despite the higher fee because they gave us the hard sell on foot traffic that they see and number of listings that they had at the time. We were selling shortly after buying for personal reasons and so knew we wouldn't recoup all of our money. Hussain Qazalbash had agreed to market it at a certain price (which we knew we wouldn't get). The very first day the house was listed he recommended dropping the asking price by £100K.
This came as a great shock. It felt like he had agreed a price that he knew would get us to sign with Foxtons and from that point we were locked in for at least 14/16 weeks given the terms and conditions. Either the knowledge of the market was lacking (which given the Foxtons premium you would expect them to have) or they knew they would recommend such a drastic drop and just wanted us to be locked in so we had no realistic choice of going elsewhere.
To their credit the number of vieweings was good and we did receive some offers. This is why they are getting 2 stars rather than none. However I found out that part of the house (attic) which was a big part of the potential of the house was not being shown to potential buyers.
After the offer was accepted Hussain never really got in touch again and he was very difficult to get hold off. At one point I had to chase via email and phone messages for a week for an update.
Foxtons is good for a quick sale but not if you need to be hand held through the process or want to feel like a valued customer. I do not think their higher fees are worth it and will not be using them again. I would urge others to avoid as well.

Foxtons Wood Green are very incompetent. They’ll charge you for days that you haven’t spent in a house. I left the property in March and they insisted that my family had to pay an extra month until April which is absolutely ridiculous. We were over charged £348.60 which, they refuse to refund and they tried to charge us over 4K by accident, how a company could make such a huge mistake will never make sense to me. Dealing with foxtons has been a nightmare and staff are extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend!

What a wonderful team! I called on a Friday for a valuation, had someone round the very next day. That person was Leo. He's wonderful and had a great knowledge of the area and achievable going rates. I had multiple viewing and received multiple offers, but the one offer I settled for in the end was Unreal. In Leo's absence I dealt with lettings manager, Asher, who also came round to view the flat after my renovation and he was just as enthusiastic and passionate as Leo was. I've dealt with Foxtons for many years but these guys just give the whole process a personal touch. Very responsive. A definite recommendation for a letting agent in North London.

Scheduled a viewing a week in advance. Leonardo confirmed via email two days before. On the day of, an hour before, I called to confirm the viewing. Upon arrival I waited for twenty minutes, called once more, and was told that the property had already accepted an offer. I took off work and arranged my day to view this property. This is highly unprofessional, especially in a major city when time is more valuable than money.

I'm moving to London for a few months and needed to find an apartment quickly within a few days. I was in contact with Leo, who found me something clean in a quiet residential area. I had not visited the apartment before renting it, but the pictures that are provided by Foxtons were very representative of the apartment. There were no unpleasant surprises, and I don't regret my choice. At first we were very pleased with the service and with the flat shown to us. Unfortunately the rental is now in the hands of a property management company that is absolutely unprofessional and offers a very porr service. The flat had many "hiden" flaws and we have had many issues in the last months. Foxton's were completely unavailable to help us left us to deal with the mess: it is "not their problem any more". On top of everything we were also convinced to agree on a long contract that is difficult to terminate early despite all the inconvieniences we have been subjected to.

I highly recommend Foxtons Wood Green and in particular, Leo - my lettings negotiator. I needed to secure tenants in my property and he did this extremely quickly and efficiently. I know estate agents have a bad reputation, but my experience was anything but with Foxtons Wood Green. Leo, Emmanuel and Karl gave me a great experience. What I appreciated was the speed that these guys work at, within 48 hours I had video tours of properties and could make an offer. There was a hiccup with my initial choice, but I was very happy with the resolution. For someone with a busy life that didn’t want to spend all my free time viewing flats and listening to sales pitches this was the ideal experience.

He was knowledgeable and prepared for the viewings and even came in on the evening of one of his days off to show us a property in order to accommodate our schedule.

I can see that many people have had good experience with this agenc, however for me and my friends it has been completely the opposite, so I am going to tell my experience:
Some friends and I rented a house with this agency thinking it was a good one, however from minute one we realized that it was not.
Since the beginning we realized that we had made a mistake renting a house with this agency. The day we moved in, the house was still dirty, with stuff from the old tenants, etc. so we complained to the agency, so that they could came to get all those things, which took months to come and collect.
Soon after, the whole problem of the pandemic began, which made things even worse. Most of us lost our jobs, and one of the people who lived with us left the house without saying anything to us but to the agency, which let her go without problem, making the rest of us responsible of everything.
With the whole problem of the pandemic, we were supposed to try to make an agreement with them, which with Foxton´s was completely impossible. For us it was a year of extra stress, a year of trying every single day to reach an agreement that would benefit us both, an agreement that never came.
With all this I want to say that I would never rent with this agency again, apart from not recommending it to anyone!

Austin Walker is truly a credit to Foxtons because he takes his job seriously and treats the client courteously and although he might not respond to your texts immediately he will certainly get back to you the same day -this quality in an Estate agent is very important especially the client is going through a series of setbacks owing to his buyer not fulfilling certain conditions thereby threatening to sabotage the sale. To leave the client in limbo under such circumstances ignoring his attempts to make contact is not the correct way to go about the business of an Sales negotiator. I wish him all the best.

Being a tenant looking for a new place to live during a pandemic can make things difficult and exhausting, not to mention all the potential danger you must put yourself into.
Having your family depending on you on those difficult times and situations, to find the perfect new place to live that you could call home can be challenging beyond anyone’s imagination.
However, if you are lucky enough as I was, maybe, just maybe, you will find your “perfect place” on Foxtons… and if you have been a good person all your life, maybe, just maybe, you will be granted one more favour! To have to deal with the most amazing agent, Leonardo!
I have been dealt with some agencies and agents in my research, but when I bump onto Leo, I knew I HAD to make a deal with Foxtons. I knew I MUST get a place through this agent.
His moral and values, his ethos, and efforts to help, can not be described in a review. His professionalism, while at the same time being friendly and keeping a great balance on those two that can easily get mixed and confused, is a breeze of fresh air at this market. Polite and always there when you need him. Foxtons Wood Green are lucky to have such an agent in their team.

I would highly recommend hiring with the team at Foxtons Wood Green. Shamila and Shaina helped us find a short-term let for our flat really quickly when we were struggling to find tenants. We hadn't even considered short-term lets, so this was a great additional option. Their communication is excellent - answering questions and keeping us up to date during and outside of office hours, over the phone, email and whatsapp. They also went out of their way to make things easy for us, small things like fitting new lightbulbs and getting keys cut, which would have been tricky for us but was no trouble for them. They also were happy to take time to explain contracts, were thorough in their checks of prospective tenants, and best of all, always had a positive and can-do attitude.

Highly recommended. Andreina was really lovely to work with! She was enthusiastic, yet never pushy. A rare combination. I met with many other real estate agents while trying to find the right place, through many different agencies. She was by far the nicest and most professional. Jacob who works here has fantastic communication skills. He is patient and kind. He has listened to all my mums worries and mine about investing in a property in London. He has put forward a variety of properties that have been tailored to our criteria and been open and honest with us about our options.
I have not enjoyed my experience with a range of other estate agents. However, Jacob at Foxtons in Wood Green has provided clear information. He has always been prompt arriving at viewings, and fast responding to any queries I've had, regardless of how big or small my concerns. I would thoroughly recommend the positive customer service provided. The other members of the sales team have also been polite but my main dealings have been with Jacob Craig.
