Leo told me one price for a double room but then when i spoke to the landlord, he said a much lower price. I think Leo is overcharging his clients and pocketing the different. Very dodgy man, i would avoid at all costs.... Read more

I’m a landlord, that old dog Leo took a deposit from a tenant for my property. When the tenant left, Leo gave the deposit back without confirming with me that the room was okay. Upon checking the room, the tenant had drilled holes in the wall, threw the bed out (yes, literally threw the whole bed outside) and caused so much damage to the room. Also i specifically told them no pets, the tenant had THREE! A dog, a cat and a rat. And upon eviction Leo’s lovely tenant left their dead pet rat for me to deal with. You can’t write this! It’s going to cost me at least £700 for everything. I will be taking Leo to court. ALL LANDLORDS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THAT OLD DOG LEO!... Read more

Strictly not recomended. Not only they walk in to your house like it would be theirs but also renting dirt houses. Property above agency was full of food waste and toilet was not flushed with brown stuff inside????. During 5 months they been in mine house with no letting me know more than 20 times. I had cctv in house but lawyer said it can't be evidence in court case so they were lucky. If you count your privacy don't think about renting from this agency. Pervs and dirty rats ????... Wood Green Estates refused to let to an lgbt couple stating the landlord wanted a male-female couple only. This is wildly illegal and shows a blatant disregard for the law and for civil rights. Avoid at all costs.... Read more
