They look after the rich leave the poor in unlivable unhygienic conditions and show no urgency or remorse to benifits the situation after knowing my predicament and my mental state still nothing has been done to a reasonable standards the office workers don't know how to handle people with mental health they show no urgency or care evenfter I have attempted numerous times to make contact with them after showing videos of proof that the living standards are disgusting with leaks rats cockroaches moldy wall dirty environments and water leaking over live wires causing sparks and black smoke. Nothing has changed even after the roof had previously fell down they instead of deciding to fix the problem properly they patched it up giving it a temporary fix oly for it to get much worse and still haven't shown any unrgebh to fix it. Due to this problem I haven't been able to se my kids in months because the house isn't safe or liaveble.... Read more

Appaling company interested only in money and self-gain. They are slow to reply, inefficient and incredibly arrogant. Among them, Mr Gbenga is the most insensitive of the bunch and quite frankly obtuse. He was never available. Attempted in no way to help the situation and was primarily interested in profiting as much as possible from the rented property without any consideration for its tenants. I would deem him to be a classical example of the estate agents that are ruining the London house market just to earn an extra penny from this city's working class. Utterly despicable.... Read more
