Appaling service! Went to the office near Turnpike lane cause me and my family were searching for a property to rent and all I can say is what we saw was an absolutely dishonest attitude. We had arranged a viewing of a property and the agent didn’t even show up to show us around. There was also another girl who had come to view the property and she let us in, she knew which floor to go to and the exact address. When we finished the viewing I immediately went to the office cause had questions to ask, but it was closed even though it was before 6 pm! Next day I went again to the office and expressed our desire to place a holding deposit and the agent told me that they will send a form to fill in and the landlord will decide. Two hours later was sent an email that the property was no longer available. My question is, if the property was already taken why weren’t we told this and had to waste my time and my family’s time? If you don’t want your time wasted please never go to this agency because they are looking you in the eye and lying to you.

I try cannot recommend these guys enough! Having been a long term tenant in a property managed by Wilkinson Byrne for over a decade I was devastated when the landlord decided to sell up and we had to move on. We had always had a great relationship with the team at WB over the years and would have chosen to stay with them had they had anything suitable for us at the time. Three years later I found myself looking for a new rental property again and I headed back to WB to see if they could help. There was a property coming available in the next few weeks and Rudi and Dee went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we could get it, liaising with the landlady directly on my behalf to recommend us as tenants. The property is immaculately refurbished and any little jobs that have needed doing initially have been sorted out promptly and with zero hassle. They have been a lifesaver for us and coming back to Wilkinson Byrne and being able to relax and feel safe in the knowledge that we are with an agency that genuinely care and give such a personal service feels like coming home :)

We had a really positive experience with Amanda and Vas at Wilkinson Byrne. Amanda showed us around multiple properties during our search and she took a genuine interest in our circumstances giving us helpful advice along the way. In finding a property to rent with Wilkinson Byrne, the lettings agent that helped us was Nasia, and the property manager that dealt with us in the later proceedings was Dee.
Firstly, Nasia was attentive, displayed consideration for our needs and was on point in informing us as soon as possible.
Following that, we then dealt with Dee. Likewise, Dee showed a great level of professionalism and always was a call away whenever we had any issues! Was shown a property I really liked, and was keen to own. There was some competition from other bidders and Nasia at WB remained utterly professional in her communications between me and the sellers throughout the bidding and negotiation process until an offer was accepted. A very personable service at Wilkinson Byrne. Nasia always kept a clear line of comms going to maintain the pace of things required until exchange. Always friendly and happy to let me back to do further viewings and inspections of the property. It was a pleasure and removed a considerable amount of stress out of the moving scenario for me personally, after bad experiences in the past! Nasia also used her experience in the industry to advise on where I could ask the right questions to solicitors, when in once incident, they were not pulling their weight! I was recommended by a friend to use Wilkinson Byrne as he had dealt with them fairly recently and found them to be exceptionally professional and courteous. I asked them if they would be able to sell a property in Potters Bar which was not in their local area. After speaking to both Ben they agreed it shouldn’t be a problem as they use a separate company for professional photographs and floor plans and this should generate the interest on the main leading property websites.
Within a week of going onto the market the house was sold for in excess of the asking price. The buyer had also stated he would like to move before the stamp duty so the race was on. Well 5 weeks on the sale has exchanged and completed. I cant thank Wilkinson Byrne enough. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt on this occasion I would as it really is justified. I can only compare this level of service to John Lewis. Thank you Wilkinson Byrne

I've had an amazing experience with Wilkinson Byrne agency so far. I rented the house 5 years ago and me and my friends are still living in the house and loving it. The staff is ever so kind, lovely and helpful. If anything breaks they send someone right away to fix it. They do regular assessments like for example the painting assessments. We have always received a lovely help from the staff especially from Dee and Rudy- the experience we received from them is extraordinary. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous garden too. I'd highly recommend it.

We recently bought a home from Wilkinson Byrne. Nasia was the selling agent and we both thought she was brilliant.
It has been a tricky and busy time to buy a house with the potential for lots of delays. Whenever things got stuck, Nasia was consistently proactive in unblocking the process and chasing the right people across the chain.
We completed a couple of weeks before the stamp duty deadline, which we may not have done was it not for Nasia diligently managing the chain.

We had initially put our house on the market in September 2019 with a local agent. After probably a hundred viewings, at all times/days of the week, some even at short notice - thus making the experience very inconvenient and stressful to say the least - we finally accepted an offer in November. Seven months later, without even having commissioned a survey, the buyers revised their offer to such a ridiculous amount that we pulled out. We decided to change agents too, to make a fresh start.
A friend recommended WB. Our house was back on the market in June. First viewings, all coordinated, one after the other, on a day that was convenient for us. Received an offer straight away. Because we wanted to expedite our sale, Nasia, the wonderful lady dealing with our property sale, recommended that we accept the offer, if we are happy with the price, but keep the house on the market in the hope that we get a chain-free buyer who can complete purchase fast. Once again, she booked several viewings, one after the other, on a day of our choosing, and voila, we received 2 more offers. Compared to our previous experience, this time it seemed so effortless to get genuine buyers! Nasia consistently pursued our sale through till completion - we sold our house and moved into our new place in August.
If we were to sell again, we wouldn't think twice before seeking WB's services again. Thank you so much, Nasia and Ben.

I don't write very many reviews, but on this occassion, I am extremely humble to share my experience with the well known estate/lettings agents. I recieved the most congenial service from an amazing and highly professional valid member of the Wilkinson Byrne team, and now I get why I see so many advertisement boards outside properties.
I have tirelessly been searching for a property for myself and my young daughter for the past few months now, and have not had much success in finding a suitable place.
Furthermore, I have spoken with over 50 different agents from several agencies who lacked a good standard of customer service, all except Miss Nasia Ambrosiou.
From the first telephone call I had with her in mid July 2020, Nasia has been the most attentive, courteous, compassionate and genuinely honourable lettings agent I have had the pleasure of being assisted by. She is an absolute asset to Wilkinson Byrne and I cannot be more grateful for all the help she given so magnanimously.
Even when there were a few bumps in the road, they were soon ironed out and solutions were found. Because of the gracious help from Nasia and another great member of staff ‘Dee’ I am just about to sign the tenancy for a lovely property, which is absolutely perfect, meets all of my requirements and more importantly is very affordable.
I take this opportunity to send this review of recognition and the warmest thanks to Nasia , as she has dealt with me so receptively even when I displayed moments of anxiety.
I hope there is some way that Wilkinson Byrne celebrate staff commendations, to show that their brilliant service is highly appreciated.

Rudi was really nice, kind and helpfully. We rent a property with them 2 months ago and they are always keeping an eye on us. We view the property 4 times before we decide to rent it and they were always available to help us.
The house is perfect and we are really happy here, the property was painting before our moving and we didn't have any problem by the moment.
After signing the contract we continue asking them some issues. We are foreigns and there were many things we didn't know how it works, for example they help us with the bills, explaining us how it works and advising us about the different companies and costs.
When we have any questions or doubts, we never hesitate to contact them.
They recommend us where to buy our mattress and furniture because the house was unfurnished and now I have the best mattress that I have never had.

I am a tenant whom has had to sit back and endure months of harassment from the tenants whom live above they have been threatening abusive and at times have really frightened my young daughter who is only five years old . The agency Dee and rudi have been amazing they have really shown compassion and understanding Dee has been professional in her approach even they she has had to deal with abusive behaviour I am truly sorry as they have dragged Wilkinsonbyrne into an awful situation even going as far as writing negative reviews which are totally unjustified we want to live in peace and have never had any issues with any previous neighbours they are bullies who have made everyday life stressful and uncomfortable. I had my property on the market for about 3 weeks with another leading agent but only had 2 people view it. After being recommended to change to Wilkinson Byrne I gave them call. Ben came round one afternoon at the beginning of November and said he would have no problem selling my property. So I gave him a try. Within two days he had professional photos taken which I must say looked amazing. By the middle of the month 8 people viewed my property and Russell who did most of the viewings then called me with two offers!!!!!!. Everything has gone so smoothly and contracts have now exchanged and I move in three weeks.

Ben gave me clear and concise information and was the only agent who arrived on time and called me when I left messages. I previously used Wilkinson Byrne to rent a property for me several years ago and found them to be very efficient and on the ball. So when I wanted to sell the property I thought I would use them again and im so glad I did. Neil when he came round initially was full of enthusiasm and couldn't wait to get people round. Once under offer which took about 3 weeks his colleague Farran guided me through the whole process from start to finish. There were a few glitches along the way which Farran advised on and I can say that without his experience and knowledge it would have probably fallen through. So a big thank you to them and the rest of the team that did the viewings.

Terrible service - i would never recommend this agency to any landlord or tenant, they charged us 600 pounds to clean the house when we moved away and they didn't give us any invoice at all, they also wanted to charge the owner of the flat for the cleaning service.

I have tried to buy a house from them, they declined my offer but the house was then sold for less that what I offered in Elden Road. Now I have been trying to arrange a viewing of a property in the Homecroft Road, they kept saying that they need to arrange with the vendor but they never got back to me, now the property has been sold.

Totally dishonest. I had a really bad experience with them. I was a tenant with this agency for 3 years. In the end, I over paid the rent by about two thirds of a month (automatic payment that I forgot to cancel). They initially said they would refund that. However, they held onto that money and returned my deposit in full instead, claiming that the damage to the property was roughly equal to the extra rent I had paid.
The point is, the deposit is held by an impartial third party, which can reassess the damages if the tenant is not happy with the landlord's/agent's assessment. By refunding the deposit they took away from me the possibility of complaining to that third party, and took the money for which I had no receipt.
They're also slow in dealing with maintenance issues.

The worst agency in the history of lettings. They have been taking advantage of my elderly mother who lets her property through them and treating her very badly in the process. She pays them a massive fee for the hassle of having them manage repairs which are always!! Quoted excessively... Sometimes 10 times what the job actually costs to repair. They have been smart in that they give her a ridiculous first price ie. A recent quote for a job that costs hundreds.. £8000! Yes.. The job should have only costs hundreds! To convince her to pay £4000 for the repair! They are thieves and should not be trusted! I am now involved and will make sure that after this term (since they've already taken their excessive fee!) they no longer manage or let this property! Be very careful when dealing with them and beware of their cunning ways!
