Asked about property and told no one available to give any answer but would pass a message and that I would be phoned back. This was Monday. Called in at office next day and told no one at Sevenoaks could answer any queries and some one would call Tuesday. Called on Wednesday afternoon and told awaiting call. Said someone would call back -yet again. Told them not to bother and I would be writing a review. Had a call back right away and they said they had called 4 times yesterday. Nothing received on my number or our answerphone. Confirmed with my wife that nothing received. Turns out that the property had been let a long time ago according to tenant and the sign still up. Claimed by Sunflower that it said "let by" but just checked and no it does not. it just says "To Let". So far I have not been told the truth once.... Read more

Horrible experience with this "agency". Super disorganized and dishonest. Loads of information missing at every point of their service. They've been around only when they needed to rent the flat and get the money. I left the flat (and the uk) months ago and still didn't get my deposit back, but I suppose I will never see that money. Stay away from them.... Read more

They will just take your money and that is all they are good at. They will rip you off big time and will never ever return any calls or queries. Had a terrible experince with them and wish i checked the reviews before trusting them. A good lesson is learnt!!... Read more

THE WORST estate agent I have ever used.. rang multiple times and left messages, no-one calls you back. Finally booked a viewing a week in advance, turned up at agreed time to find no agent and a very confused current tenant who knew nothing of the viewing! No apology and no effort to try and re-book the viewing. Stunningly bad! AVOID at all costs! (and as you can see from other reviews not a one off).... Read more

The worst letting agents ever. Took almost a month to get my deposit back that the landlord released. Zero support with a landlord that left me and my newborn without heating and hot water in December for 10 days. So glad to have moved with a more respected letting agent. Avoid avoid avoid.... THE WORST LETTING AGENCY EVER!!!! Don't ever use Sunflower Lettings. They are a bunch of con artists with no morals. They owe me £1000 which I should have been paid back 6 months ago. They disconnect the phone if I call them and ignore my emails. They tried to supply me with dodgy tenants with no income and failed credit checks who can't afford to rent. They don't return deposits. John Mollison is just interested in getting your money. He has no integrity.... Read more

I confirm all of the 1 star ratings you see below. John Mollison indeed appears charming, but is a confirmed liar. Once your property is let, you will get no response from them, no email nothing. They made several promises to both us and our tenants (they expected long-let, we short). due to this, that family of 6 has to move for the 3rd time this year, and for us we were blocked to sell our house. Honesty, stay away from these crooks.... Read more

They are a bunch of con artist they took 500 pound off me saying it was a deposit to take the house of the market never said that if my check didn't pass I wasn't gonna recieve the 500 back which btw was never mentioned at all.... Once I asked for my money back they come up with excuses to not give it back.... I will inform the police of the crime as I didn't sign any contract for this what so ever!!!!!... Read more

To be avoided as rude and unreliable! - First agent did not call me back as promised the next day after a letting enquiry. I then got a call a week later from a different agent and arranged a viewing the following day, the agent did not turn up! Found an email saying that they had called me and left a message - absolute BS! Then after I complained got a loose apology and an email inferring it was my fault for not checking my emails.....would definitely expect a direct call if cancelling within 2 hours of the appointment but also didn't check email as I was rushing to get there on time ...ironically! Rubbish and dodged a bullet going by the rest of the reviews on here!... Read more
