Please stay away from these cheats. Had a horrible experience dealing with them yesterday. They took a one-week holding deposit and all the detailed information(which I filled for 2 hours finishing late till night) and the next day their Branch manager called and said she can't give me the property as the owners would not want a young family in it. This is ridiculous if that's the reason they should have put this into the property add itself or let me know before taking the booking amount. I humbly suggest people stay away from such cheap agents.... Read more

The team pulled off a minor miracle, completing the sale of the house at a price near the top end of our expectations in the narrow window between Brexit and Covid - fantastic! There was a bit of a false start when a rogue employee (no longer with the company) valued the house far too high. Also they do not use one of the big internet platforms, but that doesn't seem to stop them doing a great job. I would certainly use them again.... Read more

We have been waiting for a week to finish the process of renting our house We were asked for papers etc ..and we given. and 5 days before we got home they told us that Stella couldn't give us the house because she needed a guarantor. And that the money we gave for a guarantee will not be returned to us. For 4 years we have never had problems with HELENBREZ at home. We paid rent every month and always on time. Where do we start! The office is absolutely dirty, messy and smelly. The moment you meet the auctioneer a grumpy man(Alan)at the office in Sevenoaks. He(Alan) walks in the room and never said hello or introduced himself in a polite way. I however did say hello and my daughter did too being we are friendly. Not a good start but I did let it go. I go back to agree auctioning my jewellery week later, why I do not know. I gave Alan my jewellery in a neat velvet box. He suggested to put them in a quality street chocolate tub of which I actually told him not to! Over £1,000.00 worth. The catalogue recieved is basic, cheap and out of touch no pictures. At the auction I caught the end, my jewellery was laid in a old plastic tupperware box in the glass case! The lady then put my jewellery in a plastic A4 sleeve and totally knotted the necklaces. In a very kind manner to Alan I said that to try and keep my items in my nice box and lay my items in a more attractive setting next time. He then told me that it would be better to not bring my items back for them to auction again, permanently. I couldn't believe his cheek! My daughter and I gave them a piece of our mind. The lady also had the nerve to say very sarcastically I was the one who brought my items in the quality street tub. My daughter told her it was Alan! Well to be honest I would not let them anywhere near my items ever again. They are rude, unprofessional and no respect to the customer. I would not step a foot in that grotesque place. Any excuses or replying back will not be replied to! Good luck to anyone else but be aware... Read more

Auction section is NOT ON THE INTERNET. They are Unprofessional, Rude and Dishonest. Charges added without discussion let alone agreement, complete disarray of admin, covered by rudeness then dishonesty. The nastiest people I have ever dealt with and services only needed due to serious family illness. Instead of empathy I experienced true nastiness at a very difficult time. Beware!... Read more
