We were impressed with Victoria's knowledge and enthusiasm and her belief that it was entirely possible for us to be moving out of our home by June. Thanks to Victoria's stellar organisational, selling, communications and case management skills, that belief is now a reality. As with any complex process, communication is key to a successful outcome. Victoria personally conducted nearly all of our viewings and would update us almost instantly about how the viewing went. When issues arose, she promptly informed us of the situation and took action to find a solution. We never 'wondered' what was happening or how things were progressing--Victoria kept us fully in the loop, with her reassuringly calm approach and welcome sense of humour. Despite the chain being problematic due to the failings of other estate agents within the chain Victoria Rose of S & P was professional, honest and did everything possible to ensure our buyers were able to proceed with the purchase on many occasions working out of office hours and at weekends. It's definitely true that moving house is one of the most stressful experiences to go through and whilst we have moved several times previously, I would have to say that our experience with Strutt & Parker in Sevenoaks was outstanding. It would be unfair to pick out a single individual as the whole team at the Sevenoaks Branch were always enthusiastic from the initial viewing through to handing over the keys - nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Strutt & Parker not only marketed our property but their team of 'ladies' showed all potential purchasers around with enthusiasm and knowledge (having taken the time to make notes and understand the vagaries of our property beforehand). We cannot recommend Strutt & Parker highly enough and if you are thinking of putting your property on the market look no further than Andrew and his team.... Read more
