Completed on a property through Sutton Kersh with no issues and a very speedy process which took less than 5 months. Considering the experiences i've had with other agents taking a minimum of 6 months usually being due to lack of communications and minimal updates I am very impressed. Responses are great, if you can't reach by. phone, emails are responded to fast. In particular Debbie Doyle has been very helpful through the whole process and made my experience as stress free as possible. Definitely recommend

Sutton Kersh - They really know what they’re doing and do it exceptionally well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any lettings in and around Liverpool. Caroline made the whole process seamless with no issues.
