After searching for my next dream home for what seemed a lifetime, I discovered it one evening online and immediately fell in love with it. It had everything I wanted plus more! So, not wanting to miss out I emailed the team at Sutton Kersh and managed to arrange a viewing for a few days later.

After turning up and falling even more in love with the property and knowing that I had to have it, I discovered I was the last one to view (Number 16) and there were already offers going in. Thank goodness the vendors didn't decide to cancel my appointment. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I put in my offer then was advised it was going to best and final offer. Arrrrgh - I'd done that before and it didn't work out but thought 'you've got to be in it to win it'. And so I did.

When Sutton Kersh called with the news, I couldn't have been happier. And then the relationship with SK really began. Over the 3 months it took to complete (due to challenges further down the chain), the team were continually in touch with me, helped organise additional viewings with the vendor, and also helped me arrange my mortgage in addition to surveys and other stuff. It was like a one-stop shop and they were amazing!

Finding your dream home can be pretty overwhelming but you'll know when you find it. And Sutton Kersh will help you do that, making it a virtually effortless experience on your behalf. Exactly what's needed when tackling what could be one of the most stressful times in your life.

I now have my dream home and the thanks goes out to Sutton Kersh - brilliant!!

Absolute joke of a company. Had a viewing at Waterloo Warehouse, had no confirmation call on the day although it was confirmed a couple of days earlier via text. Turned up five minutes before my viewing and gave them a call to ask where to go as I had no instructions and was advised the viewer would come down and meet me. Waited a further 15 minutes in the rain and still nothing so I called back into the office and they advised they where unable to get in touch with the viewing agent. Terrible service when looking for an apartment.
