Thanks to James Smith and the team lead by Hannah at Sutton Kersh lettings, Allerton Branch for another successful let. I used to do it all myself but this is so much easier and smoother. As legislation gets more onerous for landlords and tenants it helps to use professionals to get tenancies set up properly from the start

Enquired about a viewing cant rem the girls name maybe fiona or something not 100 percent as she surprised me how awful her attitude was and didnt quite catch the name fully she was rude no communication skills did not act professional what so ever actually put me off even looking at properties through these if they have staff who ring people up with that type off approach
