It used to be great to live here but ever since they opened the tower to its residents this place turned into a big mess. If you move in into the tower, you never know if customer service (aka Sian) actually registered your address - she mostly likely didn't, therefore many tenants can't get their internet sorted as Internet companies can't register the address (this can go on for 3+ months!). If anything breaks in the flat, it takes ages to fix it (although if the issue is internal, they have an absolute star Jeoff who is just the most professional, amazing and helpful man for any job you can imagine - he can fix anything!) if an external person has to come in. Sian books your time and then the worker doesn't show up... Customer service doesn't even bother ringing that company to ask why the worker didn't show up. Besides, lots of people smoke weed or cigarettes in the flats and cigarettes ashes land on the floor of your house as well as you have to breathe all these smells as there is no air circulation in this building at all. I genuinely used to love living here but now they already changed 3 estate managers and things only keep getting worse with more people moving into this place. Advice: don't pay this much for living in a place where no one cares about you.
