Well what can I say, from the moment of meeting Mitchell he came to our home and made us feel at ease with the initial process, he keep us informed and took some lovely photos reddy to sell our home. On every occasion we met he was polite and not full of rubbish like other estate agent I dealt with. We also met Megan and Charla who showed us homes Temme English were selling they were extremely Knolagable of the homes they were selling and again they were polite and put us at ease. When Temme English had sold our home this is where Rachel took over she kept us informed of the whole process from chasing people and prompting us to chase people to get the process wrapped up in a respectable time. Temme English First class service, first class communication, first class staff! I bought my first home with Temme English back in 2016. I subsequently let it through them in 2020 and sold it through them in 2023. From the first meeting, it was clear to me they were different to other agents - the concept of genuine customer care was clearly at the heart of their approach. First Buy As my first home, I was a novice when it came to property, but speaking with Carl Temme established an early sense of trust. He was patient, knowledgeable and put my needs the top of his priorities. This process made me realise I was on to something special with the agency, and when it came to needing to let, there was no question in my mind that it was Temme English I would go to. Lettings Initially working with Nathan Proctor, he was practical when it came to suggestions and highly efficient when it came to putting the property on the lettings market. The next stage solidified my faith in Temme English - sourcing reliable tenants and ensuring a high level of customer care was again central to their work. Once the tenant was in place, I worked very closely with Louise Sampson and Alisha Mercer. These two as a team were pheonominal - working tirelessly between myself and various tenants to resolve any potential issues and ensuring both parties were happy. To say they went 'above and beyond' would be an understatement. They went to lengths I don't believe any other agent would go to - I can't thank them both enough for all of their hard and efficient work. Lateral thinking was key with some issues that arose and they came up with potential solutions at every juncture. It wasn't just their suggestions and high level of communication, but their proactiveness in researching solutions and having all possible avenues ready to go when they got in touch. This made everything as efficient as it could possibly be. Sale My eventual sale again went directly through Temme English. They took care of absolutely everything with no fuss. On the market in an instant and the negotiation skills of Mitchell Morrisson meant a price that both buyer and seller were happy with. The following sale process was expertly seen through by Rachel Mason, delivering weekly updates, again excellent communication and an incredibly fast and efficient sale. So strong is my faith in Temme English that even though we're relocating, I asked if they'd consider dealing with the next buy in an area they don't work with! I'll miss them and doubt I'll ever find an all-round agent who can deliver on every front, every time with such efficiency. A family philosophy that is rare in this day and age - I can't thank or recommend them all enough.... Read more

I just completed with Temme English and i can’t recommend them enough. Firstly Megan was fab with helping me measure the flat; she was patient, kind and offered to help too - her customer service was fantastic such a lovely person - thank you Megan! Then during the process of trying to get all documents and exchange ready, Rachel was my saving grace. I was kept up to date every step of the way and where the information was not passed on to me from my own legal team Rachel jumped into action to find out this info to deliver it to me. Rachel you are a star thank you! Lastly the completion day and aftercare with questions I have since had - Carl has been really helpful making settling in that bit easier. I am writing this in my new home after selling my old one with the support of Rachel, Megan and Mitchell from Temme English. It wasn't an easy process due to unforeseen circumstances but Megan and Rachel kept me informed throughout and Rachel helped keep me sane when I thought it might not happen. Her perseverance and knowledge of the conveyancing process made all the difference!! And Mitch even came round to my house on a Sunday evening to collect keys so that the handover could go smoothly. I'm not planning to move but if I were, I would use Temme English to sell my house again and I would recommend them to family and friends.... Read more
