Absolute shambles of a company. Your property will have nothing but issues from the moment you move in. When we moved in the oven was not working, the fridge compartments were broken, the bed was broken along with the clothes rail and chest of drawers. Despite reserving the property two months prior! Then we were told that they had too many clients so were unable to look at each property properly. (shambles in of itself!) whilst living here the washing machine broke down and it took them SIX WEEKS before we had a new one. A lot of money spent having to travel to laundrettes and asking people if we could take suitcases of washing to theirs in order to clean our clothes. Constant issues with the shower and hot water in the property, ongoing flow of water in en-suite shower, every time having to call to get a contractor to come and temporarily fix the issue (the only time they will get it done quick because the water bill is tied to the landlord, certainly didn’t move that quick with the washing machine.) Try to treat full time working tenants the same way they do their students and provide disgraceful properties that have consistent issues throughout the 12 months and hope that you won’t complain and will give them over all your money like students will. Avoid this company like the plague. Will be reporting them to the local council and presenting all these issues to my solicitor. If you want a terrible rental experience then leaders is the place to be!

Had such an amazing and smooth service with Leaders for my tenancy that I just felt so compelled to share! In particular, Julie P, was so helpful and was always very quick with responses for any enquiry or resolution that was needed during my tenancy. She was attentive, very kind and efficient whenever I contacted the agency. Will definitely recommend! 5 star agency :)

Leaders rented me a flat with no electricity, so I could not check whether heating or anything else worked. I had no heating for 2 years (only fixed when I reported my case to the council), my water heater broke and they only cared to fix it when the emergency heater broke as well. They conveniently didn’t include pictures of things that were broken before I moved in in the inventory check. Landlord did not respond to any queries and they did nothing to force her to comply with the tenancy agreement. From what I know, they still work with the landlord that ignored her tenants for 3 years. Leaders tried to take some of my deposit claiming that they ordered an electrician, but when I asked for any invoice or proof, they first ignored me and then decided not to charge me for it anymore. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company, be careful and take photos of everything as soon as you move in (and send them) if renting with them!

Absolutely disgraceful company. disappointed is an understatement, I went through a lengthy process of potentially renting a property off of this agency even paid £250 holding deposit to be told we had been rejected by the landlord and our holding fee was to be “ retained” by Leaders .. daylight robbery and It just shows you how they make their money! I wonder how many people have been conned this way, as if people in a cost of living crisis can afford to just throw £250 away so shame on you! I have been renting for almost 10 years never to have missed a single rental payment. Never have I EVER experienced such embarrassing, unhelpful, and dissatisfying service.

Rob Perry especially, has been reliable, knowledgeable and professional, across a variety of issues.
The whole team at Leaders are good, but Rob is a key individual.

Chloe Avery was brilliant getting me into my new property and kept me informed making the transition as stress free as possible.
Robert Perry has been amazing as my Property Manager so far since moving in, always happy to help with any queries and responding quickly when I have any problems. He's been very patient with all my questions and concerns and I feel like I'm in good hands moving forwards!
