Worst experience I have ever had dealing with an estate agent. Gave bad advice, completely rude and talked down to me. Totally unprofessional and very low standards of client service.

At first case they rent out property in not clean condition ,not painted walls ,not changed the flooring at turn tenant. Slow reaction to help in any maintenance issues. Rapidly increasing rental prices. At the end they lies ,sayes we are not giving back keys (but we did), also every way to pull out money from tenat pocket ,after almost 7 years rental.
I have had a few agency but Boydens is far the worst .

If i ever had any slightest issue with the property it was sorted as soon as possible, i received the most transparent and comfortable customer service experience i have known with letting agents. I am still a young person so having a transparent letting agent is very important, Boydens fulfilled that perfectly. Any first time renters i would recommend using Boydens as they are very understanding and kind people. If i ever had a problem with the property it was sorted so quick i couldn't believe it. I usually have some negative things to say as I quite a critical person by nature, but Boydens, well done. 10/10

Very helpful staff. Walked in off the street from a listing in their window, just to ask a question. After hearing my requirements, I was offered a viewing at an apartment that was coming onto the market in a couple weeks time. It was perfect. Been happy here for months.
