Nice place for an after work / evening drink. Limited range of beers - could do with some craft beers but nice traditional pub feel with a variety of different seating types (tables & chairs / bar stools & high tables).

We visited the Grove after first trying two other pubs in Ealing.
The Grove is a lovely airy pub.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. The service was prompt. I chatted with another person at the bar who was engaging and informative.
We found a lovely table by a window where we consumed several pints of their excellent beer

Sunday lunch. Lovely roast beef, exactly how I like it. Beautiful vegetables and a decent pint too in a welcome wood lined pub.
Not used to London prices, maybe, so £57 for 2 pints and 2 roasts seemed a lot to this countryside dweller..

Poor customer service. Wanted to have a drink outside but chap said it was too late and put us in a corner. Then given menus and didn't come bk. We left after 5 mins as thought there are better places for a drink. Shame as it looked decent enough.

My favourite Ealing eatery/boozer. I come here for everything from business meetings to date nights and it just gets better and better each time. The service is so friendly and attentive and everything just seems so relaxed even when it's busy. Would recommend a thousand times over

So glad we found this place, managed to get a table to take sister out of nursing home for her 90th birthday. Staff couldn't more friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful, I must say the vegan Wellington was exceptional

Food was good but the service was a bit on the curt side. Overall none of the requests we had made ( change of table, request for a heater or a table with a heater as we were out with kids on a windy day) were catered to or they bothered to inform us that they will not be able to meet the requirements, they just vanished and never came near our table...

Great pub, great team, great night!!
Stopped by for some post dinner drinks, didn’t expect to get any space but pleasantly surprised. They were very busy but we were lucky enough to get a space and we were looked after so well! Huge thank you to John and Alex who could not do more to make our anniversary more special. Thank you x

First pub we got back to after lockdown, can't imagine how busy it'd been all day and staff were lovely as per. There was slight miscommunication with my food and they more than compensated for it, our lovely waiter Nathan was also very apologetic and made sure we were taken care of, always a pleasure at the grove

Not sure I love this pub. Price point on food and drink is excessively high for the area. Service charge is being added automatically despite the food restriction being by law. Restrictions are also over enforced with customers limited to one drink per plate of food. Staff seem incredibly frosty no matter how busy it is or isn't.

Really nice pub with a great interior and lovely outdoor spaces as well. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, they sorted out the special dietary requirements I had with no hassle whatsoever. Good prices for drinks and the quality of food is amazing!

Very slow service, maybe because of the new ordering method. Good food anyway, but +15
minutes for a drink and +25 minutes for fries with barely customers is a bit too much. Nice ambiance and clean.

Most impressed with how this lovely pub, is dealing with the current restrictions but still managing to retain a great atmosphere and provide delicious food. Very friendly and attentive staff who manage to provide just the right level of attention and respond promptly and positively to any requests. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.

Excellent service on a busy evening. Had issues with their app and track and trace due to connection issues but the host and the rest of the team handled it wonderfully and were super attentive throughout my visit. The food was top notch and I love a well kept pint of Neck Oil but the personal service and energy of the staff here was the real highlight for me. Will be back soon for sure ????

Lovely pub, fabulous staff. Very careful with the current restrictions whilst maintaining a pub feel in terms of the atmosphere. Distanced seating inside and a lovely outside space both at the front and the side and towards the back. Great menu and the food was served promptly and was well above standard pub food. Will be back.

Looking for a nice outdoor drinking spot close to the shopping centre... The Grove is perfect. A nice little garden drinking area at the back and lots of space inside too. We were sat in the sun and Vicky & the team were really accommodating in extending our reservation and moving us into the shade.
Book your spot online and make sure you pick the area you want to be seated in. Good selection of drinks but the online ordering system was not up to date when we went and had to order at the bar (which I felt was better anyway).
Will definitely return.

Just been for the first post lockdown visit and felt really very safe. Booking in advance is a must. A little queue out front but lots of explaining. Ordering at the table worked incredibly well and super fast service. A huge success

Popped in on Monday as my blood sugar was low (type 1 diabetic!) so I figured I'd get a juice and wait til my blood sugar was high enough to drive home. Couldn't have been greeted more warmly or looked after better if I was at home! Thanks so much to the lovely guy behind the bar who made sure I was alright, and his manager who was equally kind and supportive. What amazing staff!!

Good local in Ealing
Just across from Ealing Green this is a great local pub - I’ve been coming here for a couple of years - lots of tables so you are almost always guaranteed a seat with both an outdoor and separate dinning area. The food is good particularly the roasts. They also have a huge gin selection and a shuffle board which are both a bonus. Only downside are the loos - which have been becoming steadily more grim - I now actively try to avoid them!

Have been coming to this place for years and it used to be better. The bar staff are usually very nice, but still hasn't gotten into the groove of how to keep track of who is next, which means you sometimes have to wait a long time (15min or more) to be served, so long I have sometimes given up. The food is delicious and comes out in a timely manner, bit it's overpriced.
It's a shame because the place itself is nice with a great outside space.

Sunday lunch (and while not strictly Sunday lunch, the fish and chips) was superb, great selection of beers, wines and spirits, and the staff were great.

Very nice environment, great service. I'm giving only 2 stars just because a small plate was so small that was barely for one person. Funny thing is that tacos ,that was literally just one , costs £7. Normal price for a posh restaurant , absolutely crazy for a pub.

The food was exceptional. I had the pan fried cod with the wild garlic gnocchi. Was honestly the best meal I've had this year.

Beautiful pub with some of the best food I’ve had. There is a separate private dining area if you’d like to have a more comfortable sit-down meal. The menu changes regularly but the chefs are great and I can guarantee it will always taste good. Roasts on Sunday are spectacular but they do go quickly so I’d recommended going lunchtime. It does get busy so reserving a table is best. They also do a pub quiz every Sunday at 7.30 - best to reserve for this as well as it’s very popular! The outdoor seating is lovely and very relaxing in summer.

It good food is good drinks not the cheapest in area but it on a par with others.
Food is good well presented a lot of their food not to my taste but I must say their battered fish is good with crispy batter.
Also their burgers are also good so much better than a certain Ronald mcdonalds

Large pub with lots of different seating spaces around the central bar and a separate dining area. You can reserve tables for groups that are drinking only. Gets noisy as pub gets busier.
Large selection of draught and bottled beers.
Family friendly, lots of groups of parents with young kids initially.
Menu selection looked good value with a few unusual dishes.

A really nice big pub, that serves a good selection of decent beers, ales, wines and spirits. Didn’t try the food (other than chips - which were great), but the Sunday roasts we saw looked pretty epic. Had a really lovely Christmas atmosphere when we went (including mulled wine).

Lovely pub, with great food and service. We had a bit of a mix up with the food, but the staff dealt with it so graciously and that made us feel very comfortable. The pub is really spacious and comfortable, lots of dogs, familes and a bit of live music. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel rammed and oversubscribed like most places in London, which is a total treat!

The interior is beautiful and homely, full of comfy couches and subtle mood lighting. We went in for lunch there, and the dishes came out perfectly. The staff were attentive and our order was taken quickly. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, would come again.

Nice please to bring friends if you looking for something that has a bit more of a cosy close feel to it while still keeping the ambiance of class to it . Drink selection is extensive and some drinks are ported on a weekly baiss from what I can see . Food menu is small but for good reason as the food menu is well thought out. The only negative I would say about this place is that the portion size for what you are paying for is far to small though it tasted fantastic. for vegi I would recommend to come here.

Staff is unfriendly and manager shouldn't be manager.. We had to remind him 4 times to do payment.. Good selection of beers. Nothing else. No recommended!!
