Absolute clown team. The person with the Australian accent cannot be trusted and needs to be avoided by all means. I would fire him immediately. I guess to be a good estate agent you have to be a good liar. DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THESE LOT.

James Fox and Kelly Gill - 5 STARS EACH!
I wouldn’t normally take the time to write a review, but given the elation of exchanging contracts within 7 weeks of first seeing the property has not only been a record; but also a pleasure! The service, professionalism and communication between James and Kelly and myself has been fantastic. They have made a usually daunting process, easy.

Always responsive to queries or concerns, friendly and most importantly...honest; a quality very important in a property purchase and I appreciated that above everything else! My instinct now will to automatically contact Barnard Marcus and ask for these two for any future property sale! James I only have two words to say....... Palm trees!!

Kelly and her team did a great job for me during a challenging period in the property market. They are prepared to work hard and kept me informed of good and bad news throughout the marketing and completion processes. I feel they are prepared to listen to you as a client but also provide insight and challenge. I would recommend them and also I would use them again as a buyer or seller.

Kelly Gill and James Fox did a great job.They are professional, friendly and provide just the right amount of feedback and support. They found a buyer for me quickly even though there weren't many viewings, which tells me that they weed out time wasters. I got the price I wanted and there were no last minute glitches (such as last minute price reduction).

I would definitely recommend them for a smooth and satisfactory transaction.

Unprofessional clowns, avoid at any cost. Go to developer or seller direct. Who are these lazy unprofessionals??? How do you run an estate agent business with this much incompetence??? I have called them 3 times and left my details 3 time, no call back! Call them the 4th time arrange a viewing, the agent doesn't show up!!! Absolutely pathetic excuse for estate agents!

We can’t recommend Elliot enough. Their service has been exceptional. He personally drove to our solicitors to hand deliver our completion paperwork to ensure we moved in on time. He was on holiday when we moved in but Michael was fantastic also and they loaned us a 4G dongle as our broadband was still not installed.

Another mention should be made to their mortgage advisor Timea too who was fantastic throughout. All in all, Barnard Marcus really helped and we would definitely look to use them again in the future when buying a new home and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
