I have finally moved out of my flat. I would not recommend getting a property with Ealing Barnard Marcus.
The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I have had to chase him about simple issues or questions for days even weeks sometimes.
I called him 4 days in a row and each time I was told he’s off sick. One day I stopped outside the office called the office and was told he is still off sick, which was a lie I was literally looking into the office and saw him talking and laughing with his other colleagues.
Sara was the only person who would help me on the phone or in person. She was professional and really helpful.

We had a viewing with Imogen and it was simply brilliant! She was friendly, very down to earth, answered all our questions, very professional and patient, even though sale didn't go through.

Me and my partner dealt with a few agencies that all seemed to let us down. However, Barnard Marcus was the refreshing exception. The quick and clear communication we experienced with Sara was extremely helpful to us. We found a place that met all of our needs and within the timeframe we needed. They were friendly, informative and understood our needs, so didn't message us with irrelevant properties.
Towards the business end they were very supportive and communicative which really helped us to progress.

I can wholeheartedly say that my experience in selling my property in Ealing with Barnard Marcus was superb. I recommend them 100%. I dealt with Kelly and Imogen in the sales team and they were very professional and helpful at all times. My matter was a little tricky in parts but they gave me lots of support and help in getting it completed. If I ever needed to use an estate agent again in Ealing, I wouldn't use anyone else but Barnard Marcus. Thank so much Kelly and Imogen, you are amazing!
