Not only were people unfailingly polite and helpful, but they were attentive and informative. They never left me in the dark as to how things were progressing or how to understand what had happened from week to week. Most importantly, perhaps they sold my house in a couple of months after another agent had been trying (not very hard as far as I could see) for nearly a year!

It's funny that what started off as a chat with Anisha inquiring about another property which had been sold ended up with the purchase of the right property for me, this led to working with Shaheen who very quickly got my flat rented and finally with Joanna on the close out with the tenant. And of course under the leadership of you Stuart and Barney!

I found you all very professional, accommodating (especially as an overseas buyer), great communicators and excellent at keeping me up to date on progress and delivering on what you had committed to. Overall it was very easy to work with you all which made for a hassle free deal!!!

Without a doubt, the Hammersmith team are really impressive; personable, dynamic and follow through on everything! This is my second time using KFH but first time meeting Andrea Ferarri. He marketed our home and produced 5 firm offers in less than 1 week with full asking price achieved twice at day 7! Then the brilliant Hannah Hewitt ensured that everyone involved was working at the same pace and kept everyone up to speed until completion. A big thank you to Tarique who was just charming and made some of the process easier to manage.
