I had a very bad experience with Fixtons Ealing. The property viewings took place in a hurry. Even in the office when I placed my offer, my booked estate agent had to leave for a different meeting. I paid a holding deposit, didn’t receive the answer from the landlord for weeks (although I was told it will happen within one week) and now I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be refunded. The estate agent doesn’t answer and doesn’t care! I am thinking about taking legal advice!!!

I would like firstly to thank Mr. Chris Cooper From Foxtons Ealing Broadway. As I was looking for my first property to rent in the UK, many agents other than Foxtons did not go any further with my case as my referencing details are not ready and Foxton’s and particularly Mr. Chris helped me a lot to get all these details done and now I am happy with my new property.

I would just like to express my appreciation around Juliano's work identifying and securing a short term let for my family and I.
I know short term lets are hard to come by in this area and are traditionally expensive. However, Juliano has secured a competitively priced flat in our desired location at Luminosity Court, West Ealing. Juliano's commitment and clear communication in the process has been hugely appreciated and has made the transaction seamless and with minimal stress.

Absolutely not professional... Several contacts with no answers. Contradictory messages. Absolutely, the worst experience I har from estate agents especially when giving contradictory decisions throughout the process. The agency should absolutely check the qualifications of their employees

I am extremely satisfied with Rooheen from Foxtons, his exceptional customer service is amazing. I did not drive when we are looking for apartments, Rooheen was happy to drive us around the palces and eager to explain the marketing and locations. Also, Rooheen is super friendly and approachable; I asked him to send videos when I was unable to view the apartments. I would like to recommend my friends and others to reach Rooheen anytime.

I had the chance to liaise with him in the absence of the manager and I thought he maybe was the Assistant Manager.
Adam always kept in touch with me and provided me with constructive feedbacks, he has a great market knowledge, I like his approach, he is confident but not pushy.
He gave me really constructive advice on how to market the property, also in terms of price and gave me hope in finding soon a suitable corporate tenant for my flat.

Miriame and Andy were great in helping us sell our freehold house in Pitshanger. They kept us informed and helped navigate any issues that needed to be resolved.
