Viewed a property with my partner, agreed on a monthly price. Fell in love with the apartment! Went for a second viewing, spoke with the landlady about furniture to keep/remove. She was lovely & we were all excited to move forward with proceedings. Did everything we could to get out of our current contract which the agent pushed for. She said we would lose the flat Asked for details of how I should pay my deposit. The agent took so long to reply, messages did not go through for days. I kept asking how I could pay & what we needed to do next, no reply. Called & ended up getting hold of her colleague who helped me to pay the deposit. The agent who I dealt with (Natalia) was the slowest, dopiest person I’ve ever dealt with. The landlady decided because everything was taking so long they did not want to go with us. No one even gave us an apology. Horrible people. Don’t waste your time with this estate agents!... Read more

They are more than happy to work with rouge landlords and rent out properties knowing full well that they have rats and other issues inside that their landlords refuse to address. Completely unacceptable, avoid.... Read more

This has to be the worst management company out there. They constantly pass the ball on issues addressed to them. The so called 'manager' Sue is extremely off hand and unpleasant to deal with, which clearly has rubbed off on some of the other staff that work there. The negative reviews become clear when you deal with this place.... Read more

This is an outstanding property management business and you don’t need to look anywhere else for these services. We have leased out our Bushey house with Sue, Paul and team for the last seven years whilst based in Australia. Swift issue management and great communication have been their hallmark. It’s no wonder they’ve been in business for almost 40 years. Highly recommend.... Read more

They basically scammed me, I rented a flat a couple of years ago from them, the same day I was supposed to move in I finally get there to sign the contract in front of the manager, I believe her name was Sue. I asked to read it first, and I noticed that it said that ''the tenant agrees to pay for a professional cleaning at the end of the tenancy'' kind of annoyed as I wasn't told about this before I ask if I can't just clean it myself like I did with my previous flats. To which Sue replies ''don't worry a cleaner asks around £13 an hour and your flat won't take more than 2 hours to clean'' so I think to myself ''ok whatever for £26 I won't stay here and argue, I just want to get on with my day, I need to move all my things in'' sign the contract and leave. Of course the time of moving out eventually comes and sure enough the cleaners (they had partnerships with professionals cleaners and you had to choose them, you couldn't just choose anyone) don't cost £26 but £200 to £300, I was absolutely shocked and managed to get the price down to £180 I believe but I'm still absolutely disgusted with their behaviour. I called the agency furious but of course everyone denied I was told it would've cost £26. The irony is that I've seen how the cleaning company cleaned the flat and I literally could've done a much better job myself. Be careful that they don't do the same to you, absolutely despicable behaviour.... Read more

Home Management Company have been managing my flat for rental purposes for the last 5 years. They are fantastic and take the stress out of managing rental properties as a good rental agent is supposed to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I have had my flat in Bushey managed by Sue and the team for many years. In all that time I have never had one single problem and whenever a tenant leaves they have always found a new tenant immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend The Home Management Company to landlords and potential tenants alike.... Read more
