Scott and the team in the Bushey office did both my sale and purchase and I can't rate them highly enough. Scott knows his market and really gets to know his clients so that can match the right homes and make the process as efficient as possible. This resulted in a quick sale and an even quicker purchase! Would high recommend. Brilliant service!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Scott and Jacob at Benjamin Stevens. From the offset they provided an excellent service in assuring that all parties understood their position in the chain, he had been liaising with all parties (solicitors, vendors and buyers) in addition to chasing any outstanding documentation that may have been required. Jacob demonstrated diligence, persistence and professionalism throughout the entire process.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service that had been provided and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future.

Scott, Jackie and the rest of the team were great throughout the house buying process.
Scott handled the negotiations very professionally and brokered the deal so that the buyer (us) and the seller could make the deal happen that both were happy with. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.

1. Good knowldge of the local market
2. Good regular communication
3. In most instances responded quickly to queries and questions without needing to be chased
4. Good at explaining the process and steps involved
5. Seeing how straightforward the sale was and how little work was actually involved (except by the respective lawyers) I felt the fee was quite expensive compared wit the legal fee.

My experience was not good. Agreed to purchase a flat had instructed and paid for conveyancers, a survey also paid and done very quickly to prove I was serious. Then my own buyer’s buyer pulled out! I was told by Benjamin Stevens “you have two- three weeks to see if your buyer can find a new purchaser otherwise the vendor will rent it. We did and in the allotted time! BJ actually checked the new purchaser’s credentials which checked out perfectly. I was then told another person who had viewed it previously was purchasing the flat. I was left high and dry with a broken verbal agreement and hundreds of of pounds out of pocket!
As far as I’m concerned they are highly immoral and totally unprofessional.

We met Scott when he came to value our house. His knowledge of the market, and his very personable manner made Benjamin Stevens and easy choice. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always available to speak to. We sold our house in one day and the whole process went through quickly and smoothly.
Thanks also to Jackie who showed our house and kept us up to date all the way through. Joe has a great team at the Bushey branch of Benjamin Stevens we would highly recommend them.
