Shocking service. if you are fortunate enough to speak to someone (as they rarely answer the phone) they don't get back to you and tell lies. i have bought and sold properties for 30 years, Because this was away from the locations I normally operate in, I took a chance with them and very much regret it. I have never come across an agent so poor and inept as this lot.Stay clear.

Absolute disgrace been trying to contact the Horbury office for 2 weeks and no HUMAN LIFE!! There, my Tennant has also tried for the same period of time and also he has not managed to contact them
Nobody answers PHONE and all you get is WE will get back to you
Which never happens and no reasons like illness or anything
