22nd Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)After listing our property with a well known “online” agency with the word Purple in its name the difference when listing with Bridgfords was night and day! Full of knowledge of the local market, second to none communications and just a general feeling that everyone cared about us has firmly set Bridgfords apart from its competition! When Emma came to appraise our property, she turned up already armed with multiple suggestions on how to sell our property from the wording of our advert to the images we use for the listing - no one else from the other 3 major agents in the area compared! We were sold! It wasn’t just Emma who excelled in our opinion, Richard was pivotal in getting our offer up to the value of what we wanted when it wasn’t looking like we were going to sell our property. Dealing with Katie over the phone has been brilliant, she’s super cheerful and really helpful and gets the job done every time. Fay, though, has stood out for us and I doubt you’ll find a better communicator in the business. Absolutely on the ball all the time and shared our frustrations when we had no shows but celebrated with us when we had interest, absolute credit to Bridgfords!! We had a viewing and the person viewing our property was explaining to me that he was having issues with his agent I had no issues in instantly recommending Bridgfords to him and would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who asks for my opinion!

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)This estate agent struggled to get me feedback from prospective buyers. I had quite a few viewings in the 22 weeks I was with them but no offers. I feel they could have been more determined to not only get me feedback but act on it. They accepted feedback given without further probing. I have gone to another estate agent and have been much more satisfied with them.

Multiple challenges with the buyers team, but Joanne and Donna worked tirelessly to keep things moving and in my opinion did a lot of rhe buyers teams work for them. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Great, friendly,helpful and got the job done. But a shout out for Heidi Brown who works there. The woman is amazing! She was on top of everything that was happening, chased both ends of our sale and buying of our new property. Listened to all our enquiries, big or little they were. This woman helped so much, she went above and beyond for us.

I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!

From start to finish, their team provided a seamless and stress-free experience. Rebecca and Samantha were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. They took the time to really understand our needs and what stood out most was the level of communication – I was always kept informed and felt completely supported throughout the process. Whether it was a quick phone call to provide updates or answering my many questions, they were always approachable and helpful. Thankyou so much to everyone there!
31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and sensitivity, particularly given the emotional nature of the sale. One of the most helpful aspects of their service was their assistance in coordinating tradesmen to help with repairs and improvements before the house went on the market. They connected us with reliable, skilled professionals who made the process so much easier. It was a relief to know we could trust their recommendations, which made the whole experience much less stressful especially we don’t live in the area. Additionally, their understanding and considerate approach during this time made everything feel more manageable. They were always respectful and understanding and guided us through each step with care and expertise. Their support went above and beyond, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did to make this transition as smooth as possible.
