20th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)Being a solo first time buyer, the process of buying a house seemed very daunting but luckily I had the support of mortgage advisor Joe Lyon to guide me through the process. He helped not only on the application but explained the insurance options too, as well as on a personal level to answer any other questions I had in the whole process. I was lucky enough to have initial viewings to a mortgage acceptance in less than a few weeks. I am extremely happy with the service and would strongly recommend.

1st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I send an inquiry about a property they've got, but never got no reply more than three times. I do not understand why they are so against you if you have a disability. It's clear they don't want you because you're on benefits and someone who's trying to go back to work, but this is a calculated target attack on someone who's autistic. The clay didn't want me. Three times I sent an inquiry. I will go somewhere else thanks for discriminating.

11th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)I was selling a house and Daniel Grimshaw came to value it. I thought he was spot on and did a much better sales pitch than 2 other agencies. He was very confident about what Kendall’s could achieve. They did, and it sold within a week. Joanne and Donna handled things from there and kept me informed of progress. I could rely on them quickly getting back to me when I left messages. I particularly liked their knowledge and down to earth approach. I would’ve given five stars if someone had give me more information about the I Am Property app and its benefits. Maybe Kendall’s could provide an explanatory leaflet, even at the point of valuation?

14th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I could not be anymore impressed with Georgina and the entire team that works there. From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

13th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)No response for 3 days with NO ELECTRICITY with children and working from home. The property management team do not answer the phone, nor email. I spoke to someone from lettings who said she will get the property management team to respond asap, still nothing. My food spoiled in my fridge and freezer, unable to work from home, unable to cook food. Disgusting agency. Wonder if they will respond when seeing this. Oh and when we moved in last year, similar issue with no hot water for over a week, but refused to give any kind of rent reduction or compensation. I will be taking legal action now.

It’s a stressful time and to feel in safe hands is priceless.

27th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)I would certainly recommend Martin Mellor. We sold our property after tenants moved out & we had moved to another area. Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.
