I am a landlord of 1 property and used these guys as letting agent for 12 months.
I am not exaggerating when I say the worst customer service I have ever received.
They use a 3rd party called sequence to manage the letting and there is zero communication between them.
They allowed someone to view my property who damaged some blinds during the viewing. They promised me more than 10 times that they were going to fix the blinds which never happened.
They also sent people to view my property and forgot to tell me they were coming.
Now the tenancy has ended and they are still chasing my tenant for overdue rent as they have not realised the tenancy has ended. They also owe my tenant her bond back which has been asked for several times.
They never return calls, never communicate to each other, just generally bad basic customer service. The only thing they can do is take money. 1 star is 1 too many.

Wouldn't recommend we had our house with this branch a few months ago. No interest in selling our property at all. When we had viewings and wanted to hear some feed back it was always us that had to chase them. Also they have two seperate sides for buying and letting most of the time we had to speak to someone from the letting side because the selling side were never in the office poor.plus aswell seem to get the impression they were only interested in the upscale properties not the two bed properties like ours. My advice go with anoter estate agent especially if your selling a house below 150k
Recently sold my first house through Andrew & Natalie in the Wakefield branch, incredibly helpful throughout as well as being really passionate, they made the whole process really easy. Would recommend them and would definitely use them again
had an appointment to view a property with one of their staff, we arrived at the appointed time, however there was no sign of anyone to show us round, after waiting 10 minutes, we had to phone the branch to find out where they were, as we had not had a courtesy call or any thing to say that they were going to be late.
after talking to someone in the office, and was promised a call back it was a further 10 minutes before a call back was received, by this point I had become fed up and we had left. Apparently the reason for no one turning up was they had double booked the viewer at another property.
