We received excellent service from the outset from Richard Kendall when we were selling my mother's bungalow. Their advice was clear and unequivocal in all respects and communication was easy to achieve, the same person providing helpful updates at every stage of the sale process. When the chain hit a problem shortly before exchange of contracts, the advice we were given by Mandy turned out to be exactly the right thing to do. Not being from the area, we had initially asked two national companies to give us their prices for the property but neither seemed as engaged or on the ball as the gentleman from Richard Kendall. I am sure that we made the right decision to go with the local market experts.

Initial valuation meeting was good but with hindsight feel the property was undervalued. It went to best and final bids and we accepted an offer but then kept receiving bids after this (Richard kendall informed us they had to pass on the extra bids by law) Even though the property was sold STC on day 1, 6 months later the sign still states 'For Sale' even though someone came out to reposition it after being blow down. Mandy was always pleasant and helpful. Often when we had spoken to people in the office we were told someone would call back but we had to chase them. No major issues but didn't feel we got the service we paid for.

Five Star Service
Having lived in our house for over 50 years selling was a daunting prospect. From the start all the staff at the Ossett office were welcoming and very helpful.
Mandy, who handled our sale, guided us through every step and kept us fully informed throughout. She did far more than we could reasonably have expected, always willing to make the extra effort to help ease our way through the process.

So slow on getting back to us, very unprofessional ,when we did manage to get a viewing they sent someone who knew nothing about the property, no help what so ever, would not want to sell my home through this branch, it would never sell as nobody seems to care about work .....

Rang Wakefield office to request valuation. Told they would inform Ossett branch who would be in touch to appoint, as Wakefield doesn’t have access to Ossett diary. No contact for either Wakefield or Ossett. One star for answering the phone.
