I would like to give a very high recommendation for Richard Kendall's Estate Agents. They have been brilliant throughout the entire process of selling my house.
I can't thank Mandy Bennett enough for her proactive and efficient approach to push the sale through. Speed was of the essence. She kept me informed every step of the way, chasing up any delays all along the chain and doing the job of three estate agents at once!
She offered a personal touch with care and support for my circumstances and handled difficult situations and all negotiations well for all parties. My buyers agreed with me that Mandy Bennett had served us equally exceptionally well, offering the best service possible through to completion.

Couldn't wait to get hold of our 6 months rent fully paid up front and our bond
Still waiting on our bond when we improved the property over 6 grand Bank transfer that we had to beg back for and were still waiting as I Said for the bond
Fuming with these guys
