Cannot thank Nick and the team at IM enough for pulling out all stops to ensure we sold out house smoothly! Nick worked tirelessly on what was a very complicated sale but handled every situation thrown at him with resilience and professionalism. If it wasn't for his constance guidance and really taking control, we would have found ourselves in abit of a bother. If you are reading this and thinking if you should proceed with them for buying/selling your home, honestly look no further. We would recommend them to absolute everyone. Great service from the start. Arranged viewings to fit around my busy schedule, they even provided shoe covers to keep my house clean. Staff are helpful and professional, I made an intelligent move by choosing this company-my house sold within 2 weeks.

Best agents ever. I've had a property in Wednesbury since 2005 and a series of nightmare agents who either went bust taking my rent with them or went for months without collecting rent which was never paid or else went months without finding a tenant. And then I found The Intelligent Move in 2015. They found a good quality tenant within a few weeks and that tenant is still there.
