Cannot thank Nick and the team at IM enough for pulling out all stops to ensure we sold out house smoothly! Nick worked tirelessly on what was a very complicated sale but handled every situation thrown at him with resilience and professionalism. Best agents ever. I've had a property in Wednesbury since 2005 and a series of nightmare agents who either went bust taking my rent with them or went for months without collecting rent which was never paid or else went months without finding a tenant. And then I found The Intelligent Move in 2015. They found a good quality tenant within a few weeks and that tenant is still there.
