The house we recently bought was marketed by the Property Store EK. When I called to arrange a viewing it was outside office hours so I fully expected it to go to voicemail or to have to call back the next day, however June answered and put the appointment in the diary, which was fantastic. Conveniently, the EPC link in the listing on Rightmove included the home report so we had all the info we needed in advance of the viewing, in an easily accessible place, without needing to request it. The property certainly lived up to the photos - often estate agents will use optical tricks and high angle shots to make rooms appear bigger than they actually are, but that wasn’t the case here. It was exactly as shown/described and we were thoroughly smitten when we viewed. From a buyer’s perspective, we had first class service and all went smoothly from start to finish.... Read more

I have been with The Property Store for several years now, with Lisa managing a tenancy for us. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ve had a few change of tenants over the years and they have made it a really simple changeover, dealing with everything from marketing to check outs and ensuring the property is kept to a high standard. Great experience as always. Everyone is really friendly and responsive. Have sold our house through the property store before and had an incredible experience particularly with Euan. We are now letting through The Property store while we look for something to buy. The team that lead the rentals have now been fabulous. We had a couple of repairs to be done in the flat and Lisa was great. She kept in touch with us the whole time and continued to check in and make sure things were progressing as they should be. I've had such a great experience with The Property Store, all the staff are really lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the first flat I applied for fell through but Rachel went out of her way to find something else that was suitable for me and I love this flat even more! After 4 months of dealing with an extremely unprofessional agency and living in a nightmare it was such a relief to deal with such an efficient and friendly team. I want them doing that for me when it was my time to sell. When the time came, I went straight to them and they gave me a top class value for money service. There was no pressure to go with them just a friendly but highly professional service. My flat sold within a week. We sold our house recently with The Property Store and can't recommend June and her Team highly enough. Such a professional organisation who work so hard to get the best for their clients. June's photos are excellent and really showcase your house. We were fortunate enough to have lots of interest in our house and June was excellent at keeping us updated and negotiated an excellent price for us.
