Don’t go to these agents, highly unprofessional and rude.We had been with them for 4 years however upon ending the tenancy agreement we found that they had lost all of our signed documents and proceeded to renovate the property and attempt to charge us for cleaning. In addition during the tenancy they put in very little effort to maintain the property and if things did go wrong on most occasions bodged a repair. As well as they didn’t disclose that the landlord was actually the director of the company. Stay away !

I have heard they are a very unprofessional with poor management and low standards and little care or regard for tenants. Sound like a sham estate agent !

lawful rebellion
Worst estate agents on the planet. Rooky owns the dodgy place, she suffers with hysteria and is extremely delusional. They breech every data protection regulation there is and ignore every health and safety regulation the government has ever put in place to protect tenants. I would seriously look elsewhere if your considering renting or buying a place unless you dont value your health and want to live a damp riddled property which has no fire safety equipment fitted

These people do not know how to deal with complaints, nor do they take responsibility for anything. Definitely needs customer service training and attitude adjustments. I suggest to do some research on how they’ve dealt with previous clients and other reviews online.
