I sold my property through Oulsnam Kings Heath. James came to value my house, who was knowledgeable about the type of property and the area, and advised a good but realistic price. I was kept well informed about viewings, and had a buyer sorted within the month. The branch staff were helpful whenever I contacted them, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

I can’t recommend Robert Oulsnam in Kings Heath, highly enough. The whole team are exceptionally professional and always on hand to answer any queries I had.
Lynda was wonderful and valued my house at just the right price. Hannah was amazing without whom, I’d have fallen to pieces. The stress of selling and buying simultaneously is immense. Hannah was there every step of the way and I am truly grateful to have had her support. Every email I sent, Hannah responded to on the same day and resolved all of my concerns.
I had previously attempted to sell my home in 2017 with a different agent and had countless viewings without a single offer. Some agents just want as many people as possible through your door; not Oulsnam. They only allow serious, genuine buyers to view and I ended up with many offers on my home as a result. If I ever sell again in the future, Robert Oulsnam, Kings Heath branch would be my first choice.
