Signed on after reading bad reviews thinking they couldn't be that bad. Big mistake!! They never respond to messages about broken items in flat and they hide so many extra charges. Ashlie is flat out rude and unprofessional.... Read more

A shambolic agency. I had given them all my rental agreement forms, they then proceeded to lose them. Instead of telling me, they just took the flat away from me, forcing me to have to go through the frustrating process (I had to cancel not one, but two meetings with my dissertation supervisor because of this) once again to get MY flat back. The operation of this company appears to be poor at best, and I am genuinely concerned that I am about to use these people as my letting agents for the next 13 months.... Read more

Poor unethical letting agency, Charged me 200 pounds for cleaning and removing fee, charged me on items that were already broken by the previous tenant, would not give me back my deposit, absolutely horrible and a rip off, would not recommend this letting agency to anyone at all. The electricity company charged me 1000 pounds for a flat I barely lived in, gave me a false meter reading obviously. Please don't waste your money, their monthly rent might seem cheap for their properties but you end up paying more in the long run. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!... Read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars. STUDENTS AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They aim to keep 100% of your deposit. It was a fight but my daughter managed to get back 50% the other 7 in her shared accommodation and shared contract weren't so lucky. They inflate costs ie £15 for a light bulb and £25 for batteries for a remote control. Charge for damage of things already pointed out to them at the start of the letting, also charge for things that were not even in the property when they moved in. They also charge for natural ware and tare which is against the law. If they need things fixing during the tenancy would take months to fix or not at all. Most of all didn't even do an inventory when my daughter moved in and tried to charge her for things that were done by previous tennant. I thought things were a miss when the contract was a shared one and not per individual and wanted all the parents to sign as guarantors. AVOID!... Read more

If you want to lose your deposit for things you are not responsible for Tassi lettings is your agent to go to. The most greedy agents I have ever seen. They never came to fix problems in our house, instead took everything away from the deposit. When one of my flatmates got locked out, they claimed that there is no spare key, but came to do a viewing couple days later and said they have their own key.... Worst of all, if you rent with these people make sure you photograph everything and I mean EVERYTHING. They planted random things around the house in drawers, cupboards just to claim more of the deposit money. They were not able to provide a detailed list of expenses they took of the deposit.... Tried to view a property that had only just come on the market through the Kegworth office. Spoke with Debra to arrange a viewing, who never got back to me. I rang two days later to be told they were trying to get a hold of the vendor (hardly unlikely). I was then told they were waiting for the vendor to drop off the keys so they could do viewings. I then got a phone call a couple of days later, to inform me the house had been sold. Shady behaviour!! Estate agents wonder why they have bad reputations ~ well this one certainly deserves one. It is the most deceptive, dishonest and unprofessional one I have ever dealt with.... Read more

I moved from abroad so it was a lovely transition into a new world (during a global pandemic, mind you) and their agents have been great at assisting me with my every need (especially Marcella Standen!)
