Show properties for sale that already have sale agreed. Apparently this is part of the process?! If I were selling a property and sale agreement was not finalised I would not want other interested parties to be brushed off without even an offer to take details in case offer falls through. If a property is not available to purchase then remove it show it as under offer or unavailable to save wasting peoples time

I used Thomas James to sell my sisters house,the lovely ladies in the Cotgrave office,Jessica,Sarah and Lucy were all wonderful especially as it was a bit of a nightmare,Jessica worked really hard to get it all completed and they all kept me informed throughout the process,would highly recommend them ????.

Lucie, Sarah and the team were fantastic from day 1. Lucie went above and beyond for us and was in touch most days towards the end, and really helped get the sale to completion. If it wasn't for Lucie and the teams persistant work and chasing of solicitors, I don't think we'd have moved! It was a difficult purchase, but they were all amazing and really pressed the vendor company - thank you all of you for helping us sell and buy our new family home.

We had a really rough time finding our new home, but the staff at Thomas James Cotgrave were with us every step of the way.
We sold our house in October 2020, added up moving in with family the following March and viewed so many houses (mostly with Thomas james) never finding the one that felt right. We were worried people would think we weren't serious buyers, but the Thomas james staff (Angela, Sarah and Leilah most notably) understood that we were searching for the right fit.
They let us know when new properties became available and ensured we got viewings. And they listened to us when we described what we were looking for.
They were so supportive throughout and they shared so much in our joy when we found the right property this May and went in with our winning bid. And their support continued right the way through to handing us our key's.
If I was to sell in the future they would be my go to agent, I honestly cannot adult them.

Very friendly staff, and exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately a viewer from an previous listing with a different estate agent made an offer, so Thomas James couldn't complete the sale, but they were still willing to offer advice and help.

Highly professional service. They go the extra mile to produce a highly polished brochure and secure and arrange viewings. Moving house can be highly stressful but Thomas James staff ensure everything is in place make it as smooth and stress free as possible. Needless to say I highly recommend them.
