AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!
We were disgruntled with another agent in the area and Fiona quite literally came to our rescue! She booked to come out same day when we spoke to her and quickly turned everything around whilst listening to our concerns. She ensured that the team came to view our home before marketing went live and also arranged multiple viewings with potential buyers before marketing fully too.
The whole team have been outstanding throughout the process including Amit, Theo and Robert. We secured our buyer within two weeks of marketing and they have been so helpful and reassuring throughout the process.

I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Morris estate agents in Royston, and in particular with Fiona, David, and Robert during my search for a rental property in the highly competitive rental market in the UK, and I must say, they were outstanding. I recently had a viewing with Thomas Morris with my family for a property in Royston and I can only say that they are the best estate agents in the area.
From scheduling an appointment, to the viewing of the property and welcoming us into their office for documentation, we were treated in a very friendly way.
Fiona, in particular, is extremely helpful throughout the whole process. When I had queries or needed information, Fiona was always extremely helpful and responsive.
Fiona not only understood our requirement but also helped us in securing a viewing and getting a property. She is genuinely very kind and understanding which you rarely come across people like that who really wanted to help you.
David, the estate agent who conducted the viewings, was also remarkable. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable about the property he showed me. His friendly demeanor put me at ease during the viewings, and he patiently answered all my questions.
Robert's assistance in handling us patiently for the documentation was highly appreciated. He was thorough and meticulous in his approach, ensuring that we provided all the paperwork which was neccessary for the reference checks.

I am now waiting for my deposit for rent for almost one month.
They are lazy and very rude closing the phone on clients if they are asked to do something to help.
Landlord asked them to pay my deposit but they are failing to do so.
22 days now from when I left the rented property and money stil not returned.

I purchased a property being sold by Thomas Morris. Whilst the solicitors were working on contracts, the agent (Fiona) was very accommodating to my requests when I asked to visit the house on a number of occasions with various tradesman so I could get quotes in for work in advance. Fiona was also very proactive in chasing solicitors and my buyer (despite it being the responsibility of my agent) to ensure the contracts got exchanged as soon as possible. This is my first experience with Thomas Morris and based on this, I would recommend them for customer service. As I bought rather than sold from Thomas Morris I cannot rate their ability to market your property, although I was impressed with the agents' enthusiasm and knowledge of the property when I was shown around it, along with the insightful 'key facts for buyers' pack I received when viewing the house, of which no over agent had offered something like this when I viewed their properties.

I recently bought a property marketed by Thomas Morris Royston and I found the experience very positive. I found all the branch staff very responsive and I single out Fiona for a special mention. Whether it was sending suitable properties my way or giving honest feedback on my offers, Fiona was always prompt and helpful. They have navigated the sale of our house through a pandemic, through many set backs (outwith anyone's control), and successfully sold our house with the additional stress of handling another legal system for the purchase of our new home in Scotland. It hasn't been an easy time for the family, and it has truly felt as though Robert and Amit in particular, have been right behind us through thick and thin. I must admit that in the past, I've always been a little sceptical of the value of estate agents, but that was until now. Robert Arnold, Amit and the team at Thomas Morris have done their profession proud! From start to finish, their services have been nothing short of exemplary - at times they have gone well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a successful outcome. Robert was always on the end of a phone to reassure and was amazingly proactive throughout. In fact, I think that I'd go so far as to say that without him, I think the whole chain would have fallen through. If you're at all dubious about employing an estate agent, or are trying to decide which one to go with, then take my word, choose Thomas Morris. Like me, you will not regret it. I never thought I would say it, but it was money well spent.

Robert Arnold and his team at the Royston branch of Thomas Morris are nothing short of excellent. Robert Arnold in particular, went above and beyond his duty as our estate agent. My wife and I honestly cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. After having spent several months with two agents who we weren’t happy with and one in particular who didn’t communicate with us at all, they were a breath of fresh air. They sold our property swiftly with a good stream of realistic prospective buyers. From start to finish our experience with them has been a positive one. Robert’s communication has been excellent throughout - he’s professional and polite and we had every confidence in him. We have always been kept in the loop about our sale and been given feedback from viewings swiftly. Robert has always been reassuring and positive and seemed to have time to listen and help wherever he can. There must have been times when he had had enough of our phone calls and questions, but he never showed it, he is a true professional and a credit to the profession.
In my opinion, their approach is simple, and so different from the rest. They are honest, hard working, pro-active agents who really care about their clients. Robert and his team assisted in everything we asked them to and a lot was outside of what we could have expected. Not only was the sale of our home easy because of Robert, he advised and helped in the purchase of our new home. I am writing this from the office in my new house and that is only possible because of the hard word Thomas Morris put in.
I didn’t think we would end up feeling compelled to write a glowing review for an estate agents, but this is so well deserved for a very hard working team! Almost makes me want to sell up just to work with them again!

I approached Robert Arnold of Thomas Morris, Royston in December 2019 to sell our house and from the outset, found him ultra professional, friendly, helpful and responsive to queries and problems. We had a lot of potential buyers view our house in December and January and we had sold it subject to contract within a very few weeks. Unfortunately the pandemic closed down all progress for a few months, but we recently were able to exchange contracts and are moving next week. After buying our house through Thomas Morris 9 years ago and having such a great experience we decided to use them for the sale of our property.
The price was important to us, but more importantly was the level of service and after our experience on the purchase we were sure we be happy this time around.
The whole process has been amazing, nothing was too much for them to do and we were always kept up to date via calls and emails. During the process we didn't deal with just one member of the team and everyone knew exactly where our process was at any time which was a huge bonus!
They gave us excellent advise on marketing our property and were very flexible accommodating viewings, ultimately leading to an offer of our target price all whilst in a difficult property market.
If we ever need to sell a house then Thomas Morris would be my choice every time.
