Just don't rent 3a basset Road from these people, Katri Iivonen-Gray and Tidmans estate agents are the biggest scammers going !! They tried to claim I broke my tenancy by smoking in the property when I didn't and there was NO evidence and they wanted £330 to decorate lmfao!! BIGGEST JOKE GOING IS THIS ESTATE AGENTS! I rented through this agency for 18 months. the property was never fire inspected. I asked for carbon monoxide detector because I have a toddler. They said they would get 1. After 1 week of calling to ask if they had 1. I never heard back . I purchased 1 myself in the end. They never called to follow up! Dangerous!!!! Absolutely useless. If you can avoid them DO THAT.... They take your money to move in and out!?! worst customer service ever!... Read more

This agency never act quickly. Have rented from them for a while. Reported a problem in July. They haven't done anything. Have emailed twice and phoned twice in last week (Sept). Still no response. They charged a huge holding deposit at the beginning that was payable into their 'Friday account'. They're not open at the weekends like all the other agents in the area. I pity any students looking for property in this area.... Read more
