Unhelpful and standoffish staff.
Enquired about two different properties on two different occasions and received the same treatment each time. Our family had been given a section 21 and had a very short amount of time to find a new place to live (which I know is nothing to do with this business or their staff) so we’re very eager to at least get a viewing. We left our details and nothing. We would call them to ask what was going on and each time we were told the person dealing with the property was not in office and would call back. This went on for weeks. And as you can probably guess, we never got a call back. Is it just unprofessionalism or discrimination? Either way, we would not recommend this agency to anyone.

After a long and arduous search for a home with several purchases falling through and plenty of problems often caused by other estate agents we were very pleased to view a property with Priscilla at Laskowski & Co.
Meeting with a professional estate agent and dealing with a company who actually support you as a buyer as best they can, was very welcome and refreshing. Although we weren't the first choice of buyers our luck came in a few months later and we did end up making that property our home.

Tom at Laskowski handled the sale of my property, and dealing with him and the agency as a whole was a smooth and unstressful (as far as house selling can be) process. I really appreciated their honest approach - nothing frustrates more than an agent who promises the earth when they know they can't deliver - and Tom absolutely 'got' the kind of property I was selling and the kind of buyer I would need. And he found them. And quickly. Would highly recommend this agency and this agent.

Great customer service, friendly and very efficient. Even gave me a lift to viewings as I didn’t have a car. Many estate agents aren’t insured for passengers so this was really helpful. The full package.
