Gary and Jade are a waste of time. Trying to contact them via phone or email is a waste of time. Both are just as rude and useless as each other. They left my tenants with no hot water for a whole weekend, I eventually found out and had to sort the problem out even though I was 2 hours away and was pay for full management. I felt awful for my tenants because how bad the service was. Most of the time if they had a problem they would contact me because jade was a waste of time. Landlords and tenants need to avoid Nobles. They will just give you a headache. Also feel free to have a quick google of Jade ata and Gary Ata.... Read more

This company bought out TJS, all the good staff have left and the only ones left are rude and very unprofessional, sort the reviews by recent to see what it’s like. I guess it shouldn’t come as a surprise, Google the owner Ata Gunes aka Gary for some interesting reading! Apparenty a dodgey landlord who has been prosecuted twice!! Avoid.... Read more

We used to be managed by the team at TJS and they were great. They made the effort to look after my properties and manage my tenants appropriately. They have since been bought out by Noble Living who are a nightmare to deal with! They haven't managed my properties appropriately, to the extent that I have had tenants leave, not because they wanted to leave, but because they were dealt with so badly by Noble. I found out that my tenants had left because I received correspondence from the local council regarding the council tax for the properties. Their office is closed more than it is open. They have promised a number of things will be done and then nothing happens. Awful letting agents. DO NOT CONFUSE TJS WITH NOBLE LIVING! Since taking over from TJS I can honestly say I have never come across such incompetent and ignorant business managers. These are still chasing my tenants for money when they no longer manage them. They refuse to respond to my emails, failed to transfer the tenants deposits to me. Hang up the phone to me. Their contact details are incorrect online, even after I politely advise them they are not updated! I am astonished that they are still trading and wonder why you would trade in such a poor manner! Why? If you don’t like tenants, landlords or doing your job, shut down and do something you are good at as letting agents you are not! @jade, @gary, stop harassing my tenants for rent, you no longer manage the properties, you never technically managed them and just took the cash. The property ombudsman will be the next line of avenue I follow if you continue to harass my them.... Read more

Had an inspection rebooked and cancelled three times! Then the day of the inspection (once it finally came) the guy was half an hour late and i had an appointment at 12 but i had to cancel due to the delay, only for them to lie to my face saying “oh it was at 12-1 not at 11, you should’ve gotten a confirmation email about it” and i did and told them it said the appointment was at 11, in the phone when i had to rebook i was also told 11. At least admit you’re wrong and their late or something making me wait all day for this honestly so disrespectful, and also getting through on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE took me 14 tries to finally get someone to just be rude and tell me this?! Also its 12:40 now and he still hasn’t shown up…... Read more

We are landlords with a portfolio of properties in Long Eaton and have always relied on Noble Living to find our tenants. Initially, our experience was excellent, largely due to Jacqui, who was amazing, helpful, and friendly. However, after Jacqui left, the new management took over, and our experience drastically changed for the worse. The new team has been consistently rude and unprofessional. They charged us unnecessary fees for mistakes that were clearly their fault and refused to accept any responsibility. Despite multiple requests for the complaints procedure, they completely ignored my enquiries. Due to these issues, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. It's a shame to see the decline in service quality after Jacqui's departure.... Read more

We've been with this letting agency for 6 months now and we've yet to meet one person who has any kind of manners. Nothing ever gets followed up. We're constantly left calling them to make sure things are done, even then they don't get done. They make appointments and don't turn up. All without an apology. The worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost , they were used as my point of contact to the landlord of a property I stayed in and at no point did they send me energy bills . I only received my water bill through post . I called them to rectify this and got the rudest response yet it was an error on their end . I now received a CCJ over an issue that wouldn’t have escalated to this extent , let’s not forget they used my details to create a profile without my knowledge and used their email address .
