We recently letted a house through Frank Innes. From the start they were very welcoming, offering me a viewing to a property.
When at the house viewing, and after finding it wasn’t quite for us, Rebecca suggested another property that would be more our fit - this property wasn’t yet on the market but she offered us a viewing.
On arrival to the second property it was perfect, Rebecca was open and honest about potential issues with the property in regards to our needs (small garden, on street parking etc). This was greatly appreciated as we felt well informed and cared for, and not for a second that she was only there to get another property off the market like some agents.
After going forward with the property Rebecca made the process easy, with clear communication and liaising with the landlord we move in two very happy people.

Just want to shout out a big thank you to Rebecca (apologies if I remembered the name incorrectly) working for this branch who's recently in charge of letting/viewing of a flat in NG1.
Yesterday (19th September) was the last day of our tenancy and we went back for final cleaning and clearance. It was a stressful day and my partner felt a bit of unwell in the afternoon. Rebecca came to the property to host viewing in the afternoon as well. While she was waiting for the last viewer outside, my partner nearly passed out due to low blood sugar. As soon as my partner was able to sit back up, I went to get her some energy supply leaving her temporarily at the property. When I came back, I found Rebecca was looking after my partner, offered her some refreshment after she finished all the viewing slots of that day. Then she stayed for an extended period to help look after her and to help me carrying our items to the outer gate of the flat complex. She even offered us a ride. Our itinerary was complicated so we chose calling an uber ourselves, she then accompanied us until the uber driver arrived. Thanks to her kindness our difficult day was made easier. She is a hero! I wish her all the best in the future.
Although I moved out of Nottinghamshire, should I have some business need for real estate in the future there, I will definitely consider Frank and Innes first.

Buying a house is, quite frankly, terrifying. However, it was made radically better by the wonderful folks here.
Kia was cracking from the first phone call. She showed me round with confidence and patience letting me both wander around and answering all my niche questions. She followed up quickly on all my queries and, best of all, I went from first offer to final offer in a matter of hours thanks to her swift work.

Terrible experience the staff are clearly only interested in making as much commission as possible. We had an offer accepted only for another agent working there to put further offers to the vendor at a later date. Pushing to get themselves more commission. We were told by the manager that our offer was accepted and the vendor themselves told us no one else was in the picture. The whole experience was nothing but stress and disappointment. We are now with another estate agent who handles things in a much more pleasant and trustworthy fashion. Don’t trust these reviews look at trust pilot you have been warned.

As we were buying our new property through a different agent we had numerous appointments with Andy Hall, the mortgage advisor who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.
Andy sought to find the best deal for us through numerous suppliers without fuss, and if he couldn't answer a question immediately he was able to get back to me immediately once he did have an answer (which there were a few phonecalls, sometimes daily!).
I genuinely mean when I say as long as Andy is in his role with Countrywide/Frank Innes we will always go back to him to re-mortgage our property once the time comes round - his expertise and product knowledge is second to none.

2 years down the line and we got back in contact with Andy about switching mortgage. He got us a fantastic deal. Lower monthly payments and knocked years off the term. Reassessed insurances and got better products at cheaper rates.
He doesn’t confuse you with big words. He talks straight to the point and in a way everyone can understand.
The service is well worth it. Spend a little and save a lot.
