We recently letted a house through Frank Innes. From the start they were very welcoming, offering me a viewing to a property. When at the house viewing, and after finding it wasn’t quite for us, Rebecca suggested another property that would be more our fit - this property wasn’t yet on the market but she offered us a viewing. On arrival to the second property it was perfect, Rebecca was open and honest about potential issues with the property in regards to our needs (small garden, on street parking etc). This was greatly appreciated as we felt well informed and cared for, and not for a second that she was only there to get another property off the market like some agents. After going forward with the property Rebecca made the process easy, with clear communication and liaising with the landlord we move in two very happy people.... Read more
