I selected EweMove as my estate agent when selling my flat. I had cheaper quotes but felt really positive when Olivia came round to do a valuation. She was very organised and competent and clearly explained what was included in the fee. My flat sold very quickly but sadly fell through - no problem, EweMove found me another buyer in just 10 days! Diane was brilliant with everything post-sale, keeping me completely up-to-date and recommending excellent movers. Definitely recommended!

It was the worst experience with this agency.
Hollie Daws (Property Marketing Consultant) who showed me the property had no interest in showing it. She just stood in the hall, and if I had any query, I had to ask loudly so that she could hear me and even after that she didn't know anything about the property.
I put an offer , and I called them to get an update and lastly, they said it was sold before four days .
If it was sold , why were they (Hollie Daws) for documents from me ?
And they are not bothered to even inform you if it's gone .
I will not do any further viewing from this agency anymore.

Wow, EweMove really blew it out the water. Just recently sold my first property using them. Cannot comprehend how good they were. We had a valuation completed by several people and instantly knew Danni at EweMove knew what she was doing. So positive, showed us property in the area same as ours, what they went for and what ours was worth. Spent an hour comparing, showing stats etc. Once on the market, sent us Rightmove stats, how many people were viewing, clicking on the link and scrolling, did trendy TikTok videos. She even had a WhatsApp group to keep us informed of viewings (which they do), so so so impressed. Then once the offer was excepted, all the legal stuff was dealt with Diane. Absolutely amazing, so responsive. Went above and beyond, chasing buyers solicitors for info, keep me up to date and was just generally fantastic.
100% recommend this company in Beeston to sell your house, I will be telling any of my friends and family to use this company. So happy with the end results. 10/10 and greatly appreciated.

During the last 6 years, I've moved 7 times on account of my job and without reservation, the experience I have had with Ewemove has been the best I've ever had so far. I would like to especially mention Amy-Louise Richardson, who personally looked after me and my wife throughout our tenancy. She not only has excellent knowledge about the properties that she shows people and the localities where they are but unlike other agencies, she doesn't hand you over to a colleagues and personally looks after you throughout. Excellent service by Ewemove in selling our home. We had viewings over Christmas week whilst we went away for Christmas and when we got back we had several offers to choose from and ended up accepting an offer at the very top of our guide price. Shout out to Leah who was our agent and she was extremely helpful throughout the process and marketed our home really well. As a first time buyer, I really appreciated the help and service provided by Leah Dilks, as it really was second to none. I bought my house back in October, and Leah was absolutely fantastic at keeping me updated at every stage of the process and was always available to answer my questions. Just knowing that I could approach her and always receive a timely response took a lot of the hassle out of what could have been a very stressful process.
The new home card she gave me when I picked up the keys was also a lovely unexpected touch, and I really appreciated the personal touch.

At a time when I needed a weight lifting off my shoulders, Leah was there to help and guide through selling my family home. Leah explained everything, so from the outset I knew what to expect. Her professional qualities are plenty. In particular, her excellent communication skills underpin the whole process with keeping all parties in the loop and updated throughout. If I had a question, Leah had the answer or went to find out for me if the solution was not readily available. If there was a slow link in the process, Leah was there to push things along and tie up loose ends. Brilliant.

For reasons which don’t need to be stated on a review this was a very difficult and stressful time, I was selling as a executor. This is the 2nd time my wife and I have had to act as executor, and the difference with EweMove and the first was akin to being in another universe.
I invited 4 estate agents to quote of which Leah from EweMove out shone by a very long way everyone else, in fact I was blown away with her approach and presentation.
When the house went on the market it attracted a lot of interest and sold within hours. Due to Leah’s skills and open approach with the buyers the final offer exceeded expectations.
When it’s not your own home that’s being sold you do need people you can trust to advise you. Leah and Diane looked after me exceptionally. I cannot thank you enough.

Highly recommend Ewe Move if your considering selling your property or need a letting agent. James was great - very helpful and responsive and gave useful and honest advice to help us sell our house. It was nice to have one point of contact rather than having to deal with multiple people as is often the case with other agents. Communication also wasn’t restricted to standard business hours and James would respond to queries outside of 9-5. Would definitely use again.

From the moment he stepped through the door to value our house, right through to completing the sale, he dealt with everything personally, including all the photography and viewings (the photographs were top drawer too). He managed everything completely professionally and got us the best possible price for our house in the quickest possible time. Thanks to all the team especially Amy for selling my parents home and getting them the bungalow they wanted.
This was a big ask! and quite emotional for them as they had lived in theIr current home for nearly 40yrs so it had to be just right for my parents and they Ewemove secured that for them, it was handled brilliantly by Amy, she helped day and night to get everything agreed and completed within 12 weeks!. It was a totally new experience for everyone due to Coronavirus and restrictions, but they used PPE and made us feel at ease at all times throughout the sale/purchase process. I’m so happy they're settling in just fine, I would definitely recommend any of the team at Ewemove Estate Agents....Top Team!
